True Heating \& Air Conditioning originally came out when they said they would. Quickly assessed my system issues. Gave me recommendations based on age of HVAC SYSTEM (\~40 years old). I researched my options and eventually decided to replace both the AC and gas furnace. Thaine gave me a quote for a run of the mill standard replacement system, but go big or go home right? I asked him all sorts of questions, which he thoroughly answered. I was more than pleased with his patience with me and knowledge on everything I asked. After signing the contract, he kept in touch with me in regards to system availability and this that and the other and a date to install. Showed up on the day and time he said he would and him and his partner got to work right away. I left for the day and let them do their thing. They would call/text with updates and everything went great. I highly, highly recommend True Heating \& Air Conditioning. You will not be disappointed. If anything would slow their service it would be something out of their control, like availability of parts. I have used True Heating \& Air Conditioning in the past for small repairs, just to keep my system running, but this time, it was just time to pull the trigger. 10/10 would use again.

I was recommended by a coworker to go with True Heating and Air and couldn't be happier. Thaine was able to offer a very fair price to replace my furnace and AC with a new unit that is the proper size and has been working flawlessly. My 140 year old home presented a number of challenges but he really went out of his way to make sure everything was done right. My home has two other units that will be replaced by Thaine in the future when that times comes.

Thane has done two new HVAC installs for us and and many service calls at our rentals, our commercial building, and our home. He is conscientious, courteous, and always on time. He is great with communication and always calls a few minutes before he arrives. He calls back the day after his visits to see if everything is working to our satisfaction. I'm no HVAC expert, but he is obviously well trained and he always seems to know exactly what he is doing. I highly recommend True Heating and Air Conditioning.

Thaine Odom of True Heating and Air was recommended by my rental manager. He responded immediately for my request for a new Bryant Heat Pump. Installation took less than a day. My tenants are happy and comfortable and that makes me happy. I'm so happy with Thaine and True Heating and Air I contracted with Thaine to do semi annual inspections of new system and filter replacement . I would use his services again.
