I would highly recommend Seiter Services!

They were very knowledgeable and answered our questions! Friendly and we did not feel pressure. My husband has moderate dementia and they were great with him. He is self taught but has always fixed everything, including running gas to our house and around our house. He upgraded our electricity, fixed our cars etc. They treated him with respect!

We had dealt with Southtowne for many years, both personally and commercially, and when Seiter bought them out we were not sure what to expect. The excellent service continues, both personally and commercially. They just installed dual HVAC systems in our home.

We had a new Bryant furnace and air conditioning unit installed. Chris Seiter is great to work with. My installers were Jacob and TJ. These you men were very polite, punctual and courteous. I just can't say enough about how great this company is and its employees are. They answered all my questions. They showed up when they said they would. The work was done when they said it would be. They all took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my wife and I. We've had our system for a few weeks now and it is working perfectly. Seiter Services came out the same day my old air conditioner quit, I did not want to put any more money in a 20 plus year old air conditioner. I decided it was time to upgrade to a new more energy efficient air conditioner. I am very happy with the speed and workmanship Seiter Services did on the installation of my system, I would highly recommend Seiter Services to anyone needing HVAC work.

Chris and his team were super\-responsive! Our previous 18 month old Bryant unit burned up on 4 August and he had a new unit installed the following Friday!
