Came to the house to assess old furnace that wouldn't stop running \& was not repairable. They ordered the furnace/air \& installed 3 days later! Fantastic service, and the house is warm \& quiet. Would highly recommend.

Comfort Experts gave me speedy and efficient service. They came out the following day after I called and then replaced my heat pump within a few days. They arrived on time as scheduled and soon my house was cool again.

Comfort Experts serviced my homes original condenser (a Sears unit) from when the house was built in 1971. This house got over 50 years out of that unit. That being said Les Webb and the guys came out to refill this unit back in '19 when it shed 3lbs and started freezing over, sadly this year, the 'ol girl gave up the good fight and we retired it with a new Bryant 16 SEER unit. This unit is absolutely quiet. I was used to hearing a helicopter taking off from my old Sears unit Spooling up outside, from inside the house,.. with the TV on. I only know when this new Bryant unit is running when i hear the Thermostat kick over the relay and the internal blower downstairs kicks on. Its absolutely night and day. Now, even my second floor stays cool, which was very hard to do with the original unit, and having all new insulation blown in upstairs to take us to the new R\-49 rating. Even with new insulation, I would routinely be 10 to 14 degrees hotter in my 2nd floor. Now, its maybe +2 to +4 degree temp variation. a huge improvement and a much better quality of life. Since this unit should be way more efficient than the 50 year old unit it replaced, I am very interested to see how much my energy bills change from here on out in comparison to the last couple of years.

The folks at Comfort Experts are phenomenal. They are experts in their field and are very knowledgeable. It's a small, family owned business and it shows. The service is great and they really care about their customers.
