Called the guys at Smylie One helped through the process a day later they were here and I had the heat back on. The tech stayed until everything was right.

The installers were very professional and concise in the install. I was surprised how quickly the install went as well. I was glad I used my Angie's List catalog to select Smylie One Heating \& Cooling.

At this particular time w/pandemic at an all time high it was very difficult to get quotes or even a reply from many contractors. When I contacted Smylie they were responsive\-courteous and timely. The salesman was great , the Price was Right! No gouging. But the End Game says it ALL! The installation was fantastic\-the product was fantastic! The are was clean. I found Smylie One 2 years ago when my central AC unit failed after 35 years of relatively faithful service. Sent out a request to friends and coworkers who may have had a furnace or central AC replaced somewhat recently. Then selected the 3 most often mentioned contractors for replacement quotes. The Smylie One representative was the only one who was respectful and answered all my many questions about the unit and the suitability to my needs. So, of course one morning when I realized my house was very cold I called Smylie One for service on my 25 year old furnace. It was concluded that I had a major part that needed to be replaced and it was costly. The service technician was very thorough. I decided that since all the other parts were also 25 years old I would rather replace the unit. All this occurred during Covid 19 quarantine! Bottom line, my new furnace works reliably as I expected. I will continue to be a Smylie One customer and I also recommended them to my daughter when she needed central air service.

Smylie One Heating Cooling Plumbing \& Electrical repairman came out Wednesday evening to repair our 18 year old furnace. The heat exchanger was bad. They came out the next morning to replace the old furnace. Great job! Five star service, price, and solving problems.

Smylie One came out to my home to analyze my needs and issues and came up with an expert plan to get the situation resolved. I now have a system that actually delivers heating and cooling when and where it is needed. I can actually set my heat to a lower level when I leave for work and raise it when I return home and have a comfortable environment in a matter of minutes. With my old system it would take HOURS to raise the temperature 2 degrees. Everyone, from sales to installation to service has treated me as if I am family. I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough!

The technicians from SmylieOne installed two Bryant furnaces at my home. They came on time, worked nonstop for 7\-8 hours for each installation, and kept the places clean when the work was done. I couldn't have asked for better service. I've had service work with Smylie One a few times over the years and have always been happy with their work. This time my 28 Year old furnace finally gave up and was going to cost way to much to fix ( I knew that was going to be the case). The Technician gave me the bad news in the morning. We had the Sales Agent come by an hour after that!. And within another hour I had install technicians at my house working on tearing out the old furnace. They started around 2PM and I had a new furnace up and running by 6:30 PM. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received!!!

We needed both a new humidifier and furnace. They worked quickly to service our needs the same day during a cold snap. They were courteous and clean and knowledgeable. We also discovered that our old HVAC supplier had hooked our previous humidifier up incorrectly so now we can really tell the difference in the benefits of having a humidifier in our home! This (3) HVAC system installation went very well from the system design recommendations by Rick to the very skillful and professional installation by the service techs, John and Keith. Because it's a required\* field I rated the product 5 star. I did so on the basis of the Bryant reputation, however, and largely on my past experience with Smiley One. If you think to ask me in 10\-15 years how I feel about the product I will be able to give you a better informed opinion.

Smylie One is my trusted resource for new equipment and service. Steve and his team spend the time to fit the HVAC system to our current needs, not simply to replace existing equipment.

Recently had a 31 year old furnace replaced and the installment team was on time, courteous, plus completed the installation in a day. Part of the installation included a humidifier that required the main water line to be turned off. A day later I noticed the water pressure in an upstairs bathroom was noticeably lower, so I called Smylie One. The next day, a plumbing crew was sent as a courtesy call, sediment was found in the faucet and removed, and pressure restored. I really appreciated their commitment to addressing my concerns so promptly and making sure I was satisfied with the overall installation.

Went with a Bryant system to replace my 14\-year old furnace and AC. Too early to tell about performance of equipment. Can make a better judgment after one full heating and cooling season. The installation crew was great. Very informative and without doubt wanted to provide the best installation for us. Only drawback thus far was the inability to get the humidifier operational since install last week. I have no doubt that this will be rectified in the near future.

We recently had our AC fail during one of the hottest 2 weeks of the summer. My wife, son daughter and I were crammed into one bedroom at night enjoying the 75 degree temperature provided by a window AC unit that a friend had loaned us. I had never used Smylie One Heating and Cooling, however I worked with one of their installers on a part time job in a unrelated field and never heard him say anything but positive comments about Smylie One Heating and Cooling. After having a knowledgeable person visit our home the day after placing a call to them I was very impressed with his knowledge, price and available financing options. I immediately made the decision to sign a very simple agreement and have the installation scheduled. After the installation of our new AC unit I can only say one thing and that is that after being a homeowner for over 40 years I have never had such a great experience with anyone in the service industry.
