We have two family home (although just one family residing) and for longest time the 2nd floor received minimal heat. New boiler and tweaking of radiators and now no heating issues. Aside from one communication issue this was as smooth as possible.

From service to sales to installation and the follow up, they were great and I am happy to have them for my service providers. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

From beginning to end everything was done in a professional manner.

Two weeks after the mechanical and plumbing installation work was completed on the gas furnace and heat pump. The contractor's electrician hooked up the heat pump, humidifier, and Evolution Connex Control wiring for the hybrid system. The electrical work was performed professionally in a timely manner in about two hours. The only issue was that the electrician had to return to the dealer's shop to get a WHITE control unit, as I previously requested, in lieu of the black one. About 90 minutes after the electrician completed his work, the contractor's field supervisor arrived to inspect the complete installation, check coolant levels, and setup the Evolution Connex Control. I chose to program the schedule on the control unit myself later, but when finished with that step, I did not understand at first how to switch from "Hold" status, which the supervisor had set before he left, and to run the system, " As Per Schedule".

The two\-person mechanical and plumbing installation crew were experienced, hard working, courteous, and clean. On the first day, they installed the new furnace, which provided us heat that evening, using my existing thermostat. Toward the end of that day, the dealer's office called told me that the final electrical hookup and control wiring for the heat pump and humidifier could not installed two weeks later. The second day the crew installed the heat pump and humidifier, but it was not connected to electrical power. They brought a black Evolution Connex control unit, when I specifically had requested a white one. So, it was not installed. I was disappointed that entire system was not up and running on the end of the second day, as I understood when I signed the contract. Otherwise, my experience was very good

Service guys worked good but could not install thermostats which i had to do myself. Also did not install the air purifier. electrician came later was rude said he would not wear booties in house because his sneakers were clean.

Yost and Campbell gave us a great price on installing a 16 seer AC condenser and coil to replace our freon\-based AC, which was still working, but getting expensive to replace freon. They cleaned up a lot of sloppy work in the furnace room left by other contractors. Our furnace room now looks much nicer and neater. The product was comparable on all specs to Trane and Lennox products, but Yost and Cambell's price could not be beat. The quote came very quickly and covered all points. The office called to remind us of the appointment and took care of all payments over the phone. The installers arrived a few minutes early, were very efficient, and cleaned up better than most other workers that we have had in the house. The condenser runs much quieter than the 14 year old one that it replaced. This will add comfort and value to our house.

Great professional service and advise given on first meet to see our needs of a new boiler. Price was excellent and with a great offer to fiance the full amount for one(1) year. Were willing to drop the price a little and give us a few extra things we are for without an additional cost. Office staff (Sarah) very professional and prompt in her calls and service. Men that installed boiler \- just couldn't ask for more. Clean, neat, tidy respect your home. Everything was well done and organized properly. Overall i won't hesitate to recommend Yost \& Campbell.
