Found this dealer among those listed as authorized dealers of Bryant heating and cooling equipment. Was very responsive to my request for evaluation and recommendations of equipment. I knew that I wanted to consider a heat pump as a replacement for an old, oil burning system. After my initial appointment, I had follow\-up questions and concerns which I posed via email and dealer was very responsive to all my questions. Dealer was able to do an installation within a reasonable time, well in time before the heavy duty heating season. They worked quickly and efficiently completing most of the installation the first day, and then returning the next to finish up with the duct work and other parts (condensate pump, etc.). Some of the finer details that would make this truly outstanding were omitted, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. There was no caulking around the new siding intrusions and no cap placed on the old chimney as had been promised. But overall, I am very happy with the installation and the new equipment.
