Installation of the new furnace and heat pump went smooth and all of the work was completed by a team of 4\-5 people in a two\-day period. So far the new system is running great! Whenever I call, a real person from the local office always answers the phone, and on the rare occasions when a service call was needed, they show up the same day. For this replacement, their prices were very competitive, and better than many of the other local companies. I have been happy for the last 30 years, and am looking forward to another 30 years of reliable furnace and A/C.
