The absolute BEST in every way!!!!!
Northern Nevada HVAC is the absolute best! Owner Jim Thomas, Curt, and Cameron are consummate professionals. They put in a new furnace and air conditioner unit for me. I couldn't be happier. They showed up right on time as promised and were fast and extremely efficient. Very knowledgeable. Polite and courteous. Excellent communication. Jim took care of everything for me and made the entire process a cinch. This is the only company I would ever use for my heating and AC needs. Highly recommend. TEN stars!

AC Works Great; however, they never returned to fix problems
The AC Unit works great; they never returned to fix a knock in the furnace when the air comes on and goes off. They also cut a hole in the side of house for lines to run through which is no problem except the black tar they used to patch the area around the lines came off and they never returned to repatch the hole. I have attempted several times to reach out to them via phone calls and text messages to no avail.
