Matt and his crew at Happy Heating and Air were professional, on time, on budget and respected our home as they performed their work. Very few service providers exercise care when performing tasks...the Happy crew was extremely careful and cleaned up each and everyday. Matt was extremely good at problem solving and explaining issues or concerns found while replacing our HVAC system...updates were timely and comprehensive. We would recommend this company without hesitation or reservation\-\-they don't oversell nor deliver anything less than 120% of what they said they would do!

I RARELY give 5 stars because I almost never feel they should be given. Customer service is what got them 5.

Was the installation PERFECT? No. Did they resolve everything and let me know about the little problems? Yes. I won't go into all the details but they quoted, but there was a small issue that I didn't even know about, and they corrected it in my favor. Who goes out of their way to correct it when it costs them money? They did. There was also a problem with the ductwork that I would have never seen. They fixed that. I feel another company would have used that as a reason to charge more. They did not. I'd post before and after photos but I don't see a link to upload images. I'll just say the professionalism and quality I received was great! So many companies have forgotten about customer service. Matt and all the installers showed me there are still good companies that take pride in their work and care about the customer.
