M\&K provided superb service! We called for an estimate for an AC replacement, and they came that afternoon! During their visit, they reviewed our old unit, the connecting furnace and duct system, and our house's needs and made a recommendation, even talking us out of a higher graded system that we didn't really need. They did the installation 2 days later (would have done it the next day except for a conflict in our schedule), taking under only 5 hours for the unit, furnace, and associated duct connections. Extremely professional, start to finish, every M\&K person we worked with! We would definitely recommend them!

M\&K Heating and Cooling Services did a great job from the initial phone call, to providing a quote, to procuring and installing the equipment. Their communication has been excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. They are focused on customer satisfaction and walk their talk, going above and beyond. From the owner to everyone else on the crew that I met, they are professional and were very respectful of our home. The Bryant system they installed has made our home more comfortable than ever and is extremely quiet. Best of all, it uses a fraction of the energy compared to our previous heating and cooling system. Kudos to all!

Knowledgeable and reasonable prices

The staff at M\&K did an excellent job removing and replacing a 40 year old unit with a new bryant system. They were timely and efficient, ensuring the system was functioning within the day! They were professional, communicated all issues promptly, and they left our home better than it was before. Thank you!!
