Our installer, James Snell, did a fantastic job with the installation and in 105 degree heat. We couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is exceptionally efficient and also very courteous. He kept us informed throughout. The electricians were also excellent and also worked in extreme heat. Both installers knew exactly how and where to place all of the required pieces of equipment necessary for the effective operation of the unit. All work was completed on schedule as promised.

Snell's HVAC was prompt to come to our home, checked our problem , advised us of our options and was courteous and knowledgeable. It was 102 outside and he ordered , delivered and installed our units within 2 days. He cleaned the work area, removed the old units and tested our new units even though it was hot and a long day for him. He explained the new equipment and made sure we understood how it worked and what we needed to do to keep it working in top shape. I want to thank James and his employees for their hard work and kindness.
