Very pleased with how Zake worked continuously with making modifications to ensure my new system would pass inspection. Use of a tarp to keep my rug from being exposed to the debris was appreciated. Having a new system is a welcomed relief since my old system was 25+. Looking forward to enjoying this system for the next 25.

Needed a completely new Package unit (Furnace and AC outside in the yard). The quote was quick and very competitive. Saved a lot going with them and received a big discount because I had their maint agreement for 5 years prior. The install was flawless and fast in 1 day. Cant go wrong with them !!

Installer went over everything and asked did we have any questions about the system and showed us how to operate the thermostat and showed us the different features on the thermostat, I was very, very impressed with the professional service we were given. Techs recognized potential Problem of very cold night time temperatures and no heating that could lead to split pipes and they arrived the next day and replaced the furnace. Work area was cleaned nicely.

I had a problem the next day after install. Called my Sales Person (Harold) and Tony \& Hector were at my home within an hour. The problem was resolved! Jose, Hector \& Josh were the technicians who did my install and they were GREAT!

I have been a customer for years. Always exceptional service. However, with this installation, I'm not happy with how a pipe sticks out of the roof. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to have someone from the company come out and look at the situation. None of my calls have been returned. What do I do now? Hire and pay a different contractor to fix the problem?

Dealer came out surveyed the house and need to replace due to age and size. They came at appointed time, very clean in installation, and considerate of pets in our house and clean up was exceptional

I've only used the a/c so far and it works great. Hopefully the heater will work just as good.

Everything went well. Guys were courteous and knowledgeable. Someone in the office didn't tell the one guy he was doing an install until that morning which put him here at close to noon time while the other guy worked by himself. He worked without complaint and proficiently. Other than that, all went well.

Greg Savoth was the gentlemen who came out and gave us our estimate, we were not eligible for the deal they had going but he did get us some rebates and coupons that brought the price down quite a bit. The guys were here at 8:30am and they worked all day and didn't leave until 6.30pm that night. They were very nice and when they came into the house they had their masks on and put covers over their shoes before coming into the house. They cleaned up everything outside and told us any problems to just call Home Serve. We are very happy with the whole experience and I would highly recommend them anytime.

The gentlemen that put in our heater was very nice and did a good job! The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was when the salesman came here to sell us our heater, he told us he was going to throw in free of charge a cleaning/vacuuming of our vents! When the gentlemen came to put in heater they said they don't do that. That is done separate! I said ok! I then called South Jersey Service Plus and they said they don't do that unless there is a problem! So that was never done! Also the gentlemen said when they were done with heater that someone would call us to come and inspect the heater to make sure it was installed correctly! Nobody ever called us or inspected our heater! My husband and I was a little confused and a little disappointed with that!
