The guys were here at 8:30am and they worked all day and didn't leave until 6.30pm that night. They were very nice and when they came into the house they had their masks on and put covers over their shoes before coming into the house. Happy but a little confused
The gentlemen that put in our heater was very nice and did a good job! The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was when the salesman came here to sell us our heater, he told us he was going to throw in free of charge a cleaning/vacuuming of our vents! When the gentlemen came to put in heater they said they don't do that. That is done separate! I said ok! I then called South Jersey Service Plus and they said they don't do that unless there is a problem! So that was never done! Also the gentlemen said when they were done with heater that someone would call us to come and inspect the heater to make sure it was installed correctly! Nobody ever called us or inspected our heater! My husband and I was a little confused and a little disappointed with that!
