Excellent service. The install day was as miserable as it could be, rain, sleet, snow, muddy and cold. The installers never complained, got the job done. I had not had heat in almost two months. What a joy to come home to find the house toasty!

They arrived to start the project when they said they would, stayed on the project until it was completed \& communicated with me daily to keep me up to date on their progress. Work was completed in a timely, professional manner. They had excellent attention to detail \& cleanliness. The installers did a great job of installing everything. It's hard to put in a heater where one already existed. You need to think outside the box. The laundry room and my yard was clean when they were done.

Ken, Ed, and Greg were excellent. The old unit was out and new unit installed and running in about 3 hours. They were extremely cautious and put down protective mats and blankets all along the route. Each one knew their task and performed very smoothly together. Shortly afterwards their boss showed up, inspected their work and showed us how the new unit operated. We're quite satisfied with all phases of this installation.
