Great Communication and Installation Experience
Hayes was easy to work with. After getting several quotes we selected Hayes. Their team was professional and walked us through the selection options for a new AC unit for our condo. The problem is not solved yet, but Chad is working with the factory to resolve the issue.
While the geothermal heat pump worked well for the first 4 years, the latest problem could not be resolved by my previous servicing dealer for the last 5 month. That is why I switched to Hayes.
