PROMPT in coming to look at what we needed done. Then sent an email with a bid for furnace \& heat pump. We then added a humidifier to the system. A date was scheduled and 4 service technicians were prompt and efficient. They had the new system installed in about 3 hours. Everything appears to be working as it should.

Our old HVAC system was more than 20 years old so we were looking to replace it before it failed. Coincidently, our daughter's system failed and they had Dave's HVAC replace it. They were very pleased with Dave's company and the price. We got 3 estimates, including Dave's HVAC. Dave's had the best install price by far for comparable units from the other companies. During the assessment of our needs, he seemed to have the most knowledge of the systems that would meet our needs. The install team were great. They had the old unit out and the new one in and running in about 5 hours. Jerry took the time to explain the operation of the new setup, including the Ecobee thermostat. About a week later, I called Dave (he answered the phone right away) about a small issue with one of the AC settings. He came the next day to change it and the system is working great now. Can't beat the service and the price. Highly recommend them.

I inquired about a quote to replace my furnace and AC and when I met with Dave it was apparent that he was there to answer my questions and provide me with a solution. He not only provided me with very competitive options but made sure to point out the tax credit and utility rebate that would save me money on his quotes. Randy \& Amy I found Dave's on the Lincoln Web site for new HVAC systems. Our neighbors were having their air conditioners fail due to their systems. Old age of close to 30 years. Hours was no exception. Ours was the same age as theirs. I decided to get some estimates before ours went down. I had some company representatives come over to give me some insight and estimates and Dave was the last person that was coming over. When Dave showed up, it was like a friend came to the door. " What's going on? Randy, how can I help? Wow... I talked to him like he was a good neighbor and friend ! I told Dave what had been happening around the neighborhood. I wanted to get on board with an estimate in case mine failed. After talking for a while , I knew I wanted Dave and his boys to do my work. The estimate was great, and he ordered our equipment , for a later install date. Well.... 4 weeks later our air conditioning unit went out ! Hottest week of the year. I call Dave, he said he would send someone over within an hour. One of the boys came over and got us patched up until they could install our new HVAC system. I want to thank Dave and his crew for being a Five Star family ! ! Try them you'll see.

Have been a customer with Dave's Heating \& Air for the last few years. When several companies told us we needed to get a new AC unit, Dave and his team fixed the issue and allowed our AC unit to run an additional 4 years. When our AC unit had finally gone out, we didn't hesitate to call Dave's Heating \& Air. They had a new AC unit in our home within a week. Appreciated the communication between Dave and the Techs that came out throughout the whole process. No complaints and very satisfied with our new AC unit.

Our home used the older style refrigerant air conditioning system. Dave did his best to help us 'limp\-along' until the new equipment came in, install was smooth and easy. we did not have any issues, friendly technicians. i would recommend Dave to anyone else having issues with their heating \& cooling systms.

Air conditioner wasn't cooling. Called a local company, they came out \& instantly said it needed to be replaced. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush \& had time to have several companies come take a look \& give me bids. Man am I glad I did! Some bids were higher, some lower. But no one was more informative, explained what to watch for \& watch "out" for when comparing the bids. Dave was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain in terms I could understand. No stress or pressure sales. The equipment he was quoting me on was the same as others charging way more, and he had some upgrades (bigger/better filter) on the unit he would be installing, that the other bids did not. He also helped me with rebates on the unit \& discussed tax credits, as well as informed me of an optional financing plan for 18 mo 0% interest since obviously this wasn't a planned expense. He also topped me off with freon to keep us cool until his awesome \& friendly team had time to install the unit. I love a company \& person who actually cares about their clients and not just about making a dollar. He saved me thousands \& I got a great unit! He came back a few days after the install to check things out, personally showed me how to replace the filter, etc., and also shared all the warranty information. He has an optional plan to service the unit every year at a very reasonable price, which I will be signing up for. He came highly recommended by several of my friends \& I am so glad I made the call to him. I will never go anywhere else!

We had several things going on with some other home repairs that required our furnace to be taken out one day and replaced the next. It was easy to get it all scheduled and the team worked well with the water heater replacement team as well to get us a better set up for water for the additional humidifier. They explained how to use the control unit and showed us where things were on the furnace and were very quick to answer questions we had. Thanks for all the hard work as this was not a small job!

Got the recommendation from NextDoor. Dave could have just replaced our Goodman evaporator coil, but I liked Dave and his sons so much I decided to put a new Bryant system in.

Dave's team did a fantastic job and they were helpful to get the unit installed in just a few hours and made sure we had it all set up including our new thermostat that allows us to use our phone to control the AC.

They installed new a/c unit. They showed up early and got right to work. They did a great job of installing the new unit. They explained everything along the way and made sure we were happy with the process.

We've used Dave and his company for several years as have our neighbors. If ever there is a guy who we feel completely comfortable with it's Dave. We recently had both upstairs and downstairs systems replaced in our 22 year old house, and his cost was exactly what I believed to be fair to me and him. Daves Heating and Air came out the same day we called him and got our old unit cooling on a 100 degree day. He was knowledgeable and honest with us about our choices and did not try and over sell us. We had him come out and replace our old unit and I was very pleased with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Daves Heating and Air.
