We had excellent service.
The only thing we've noticed is the furnace sounds like a windstorm or a jet flying over every time it turns on. We will get used to it. I didn't know it would be this much louder than our old one.

John Henry's was Great!
I contacted John Henry's to evaluate an old Furnace/AC that was in dire need of replacement. They were easy to communicate with, they set a time for the appt and let me know when they were on the way. Their staff was polite and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about John Henry's. They're the only HVAC company I'll call in Lincoln, Nebraska!

Great installation team/dealer, problem with product
The team from John Henry's (Lincoln, NE) was great, as usual. I'm a longtime repeat customer. However, the new Bryant AC had a faulty control board, which has to be ordered (allow 5 business day). I would expect more for a new AC.
