The staff and the workers were caring , pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The workers that installed furnace and air conditioner covered the floors with plastic , they wore booties over their shoes and cleaned up after they were done. That was fantastic.

As we watched our house being built with our daily visits, one gets to meet the various trades during the process. Gas heating and AC was a new learning curves for us, as we were relocating from the Pacific NW. The installers were very gracious in our new educational phase. And when they did see us, they didn't run off to some hidden corner to not communicated. We didn't need to know the fine details but just the general stuff that can keep us out of trouble. All is good.

The product installed is working very well. Looks nice in the basement and is very quiet. The installers were very professional and their craftsmanship is good. There were a few hiccups but they have all been resolved.

Don't know much about product or can we rate the product, we have only lived in the new home for one week. Northern Plains Heating seemed to have exceed the knowledge of product and ability to solve any problem.

Installed Bryant 926T furnace and 113A air conditioner. Service was prompt and installation was done neatly.
