We needed a new unit to replace our 21 yr old unit \- got an immediate call back and someone checking on the situation right away. From getting a quote to the final installation they stayed in touch (a part was delayed) which was much appreciated. Had an issue post install and their 24hr service came right out and addressed it. The team of installers arrived just before 8:00 am \& worked diligently to set up rug covers before removing prior unit \& installing new unit. Crews worked in tandem to ensure all parts were installed in a timely fashion. Upon completion, they cleared out all material \& checked the unit for efficient operation \& customer satisfaction.

We were without Air for about a month while I was getting quotes to have our unit replaced. John was the ONLY person of all the people I talked to, that actually explained what was wrong, what type of unit we needed, ect., all in layman's terms so I actually understood. The whole process was easy, quick and painless. They made our comfort their priority and got us scheduled quickly. The crew was amazing, very courteous and professional. I highly recommend.

After bad experiences with other local and national HVAC companies, I went with my sister's recommendation on a local company I wasn't familiar with before. She was right (she often is) and my service was back better than ever, and much quicker than I expected for this time in the season. No need to ever look up another service.

Installation technicians were on time, courteous,clean and respectful during this Covid\-19 crises. Super hot installation day however they completed the job and we were back enjoying a cool air conditioned house. Southeastern has installed AC and heat systems for my company as well and I could not recommend them more.

Actually arrived quicker than I expected, which was most important, considering my system had failed and I was in need of a new replacement system. We have used Southeastern for over 10 years with exceptional service. Bi\-Annual maintenance program kept our original Trane system running for 17.5 years, alittle over the average life span. The installation guys did an excellent job breaking done the old system for removal and clean up. New system up and running the same day with no issues. Southeastern technical team was onsite for final system evac, charge and turn on. All went as planned. Cheers

From initial quotation to final installation everything was completed on time as promised. All personnel I have been in contact with were great, professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. SE was a pleasure to work with, keep up the great service.

The team always responds quickly when I need them, from the ladies in the office to the last installers and programmers. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and I get warmed up or cooked real quick!

My GC recomended this company after my normal ac sub contractor was diagnosed with cancer and couldn?t do the work. Little did I know that it would be an absolute nightmare. When they initially installed the unit they ran the lines down the side of the building crooked and it looked terrible. I called and they had to send another team out to redo the work. They also left a bunch of building debri for me to clean up where they had ripped down stuff to attach the unit the the ceiling above. Also a 149.9 dollar 60v dewalt battery went missing while a guy from there company was the only one in my condo. Furthermore I was told that everything was ready to go and to drywall in everything. Then when they came out to do the final on the unit they pressure tested the system (which should of been done before the drywall was installed) and had to cut four large holes in my ceiling to find the leak in the line. The unit is still not flush with the ceiling but I was happy to get them as far away from my home as possible so I could get another company to come and correctly flush mount it. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Hope this helps anyone avoid the nightmare I went through.

We have been a customer of Southeastern Heating and Air for over 31 years and they have been a very good company to deal with. We have utilized their services twice each year as we get near the winter checking our furnace out and in the spring to check out our air conditioning system. We have went through a conversion from a total electric system to a combination gas/electric system complete with re\-ducting entire house from crawl space to attic area. The equipment they have applied to our house has exceeded our expectation for life and minimal repair issues.

Good experience with a professional office staff and installers. The assistance that I received in comparing systems helped me select a great HVAC. I'm very happy with my new Bryant heat pump equipment and the prompt installation.

I have had a problem with my current Trane air conditioner\- for 2 years \- it is only 9 years old. I had 2 other well known service technicians come and give me advise\-\- both companies said the same\-\-\-\-\- replace the unit \-\- Both gave high estimates Southeastern came out and suggested a modification to the existing unit\-\- if this modification did not help cool the area\-\- they would apply the charge to a new unit\-\- and their estimate for a new unit was $1000 lower than the other 2 estimates We had to wait for them to fit us in\-\-but they were worth the wait
