The installation went just fine. They came in, did a good job, and cleaned up and left. No problems. I am not real pleased with the Sales side of things. This survey is the first contact we have had since the stuff was installed. Also, during the sales process, we got the feeling like, lets go, I have other people to see. Entire purchase \& installation went smoothly. They were efficient and neat in completing their work. I trusted Michael Moe (dealer sales) and found him knowledgeable and easy to work with. Not crazy about rigid requirement to register product within 90 days or lose 5 years of warranty (that's BS \& illegal in California). If required I think this is something the dealers should do as each component has to be correctly documented. Still mot sure I got all of the parts properly registered.
