Excellent Experience
I received excellent service from O'Boys from the initial quote to the install. Super friendly and knowledgeable, gave me lots of options and explained them all. They offered a military discount - which is always a plus! The financing offered was critical to getting the work done - it was quick and easy to apply. Two installers arrived on time - two days after I got the quote! - and laid down protection throughout the house and got to work. The installers didn't even finish before O'Boys applied for my Excel rebates. Seriously, they made it super easy and I'm so happy to be replacing my 20+ yr old Bryant heat pump A/C and furnace with new, more efficient Bryant equipment. I hope I don't have to do this for another +20 yrs, but if I did - I would use O'Boys again...and will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Great Service and Product
We had a great experience with O’Boys Plumbing, Heating & Air. When our AC went out, they responded quickly and took the time to explain our options without making us feel pressured. We ultimately decided to replace both our AC and furnace, and the entire process went smoothly. Their financing options were excellent and made such a large, unexpected expense much easier to manage. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. I also really appreciate that O’Boys is a family-owned business. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Wonderful staff, great service, and an overall excellent experience. I would definitely recommend O’Boys Plumbing, Heating & Air to anyone needing HVAC service!

O’Boys Provides 5 Star Service
I met Brian K at the MN State Fair. I was very impressed with his personality and knowledge of the Bryant Heat Pumps. I shopped around and Brian was able to give me a the best price with 10/10 warranty. I met with Brian on Monday and the installation was completed on Wednesday of the same week. Brian keep me informed every step of the way. He checked in with me to make sure everything was proceeding as expected. His knowledge and communication skills are second to none when it comes to your HVAC needs. I highly recommend O'Boys as your trusted HVAC contractor. Thank you Brian for your 5 star service!
