These people were very personable from the sales person, to the techs, to the electrician they hired. They did the registration for the warranty, permit and rebate for me. I expected them to do the permit, but the rest was a nice gift. They left the areas in which they were working cleaner than they were before they came. They were very much on time. They did NOT smell like cigarette smoke. They seem to enjoy answering my many questions and had no problem with sharing information. Would certainly use again. Also very reasonably priced.

Heat & Cooling was great to work with. Mike was very fast at responding to questions during the bididng process. The team that installed were great. Other bids we got wanted us to automatically replace duct work but Mike suggesting seeing if it was surface damage or a bigger issue before jumping to replacing. It didn't need to be replaced so we were happy that we didn't automatically replace it based on bids by other companies.

Can't thank Trevor and the installers enough for the quick and great work. It was fantastic!

The in\-home estimate with Mike was great \- he didn't ask to "have a seat" to discuss anything, but rather just went straight to the furnace and a/c to measure and asked his questions while assessing our needs. He answered all my questions and provided quotes later that day. When we decided to move forward, it took about a week to get the install team over to do their work. And their work was great \- clean, courteous, and of high quality. They had to figure their way around some obstacles, but talked me through everything during and after the installation. I have no worries about them standing behind their work if there end up being any problems, which is a great feeling.

Everything went well and my system is working. Hats off to them for handling such a complicated process. Another person came out the following day to complete the installation he was very nice and took time to explain the Evolution thermostat.

Problem diagnosed on Tuesday, and by Friday I had a new air conditioner installed. The installers were friendly, courteous, and professional. The finished installation was detailed and clean.

Great salesman, great installers, great product. The salesman explained everything quickly, no pressure, just information. The installers worked with heads down for eight hours straight. My old HVAC was 30 years old so installation was a little involved with new vents and adapting water heater vents. After installation, all was explained to me and help given with programming the thermostat. Pilot lights on water heater and fireplace were relit and installers were on their way. The AC is very quiet and seems to be very efficient. I can't wait to see my bill. City inspectors spent five minutes looking at installation so everything must have been perfect. Thank you, Heating \& Cooling Two, Inc. I'll see you in three years for maintenance check.

As the title says, we had a phenomenal installation experience from Heating \& Cooling Two. Casey presently a few options for our heating and cooling configuration and Josh and Ryan were absolutely stellar and I can't say enough positive things about them. They were extremely specific about the install and post cleanup. Even the furnace tape lines are so straight and perfect. Ryan did a walkthrough to explain various pieces and of course provided helpful instructions with the new thermostat. Really grateful.

Heating \& Cooling Too is by far the most dependable, friendly, professional and affordable HVAC company out there. We recieved an in depth, honest and affordable quote and had the company come out and install a new furnace and AC all within a few weeks time frame. Customer service is excellent and all employees were extremely personable, friendly and down to earth. Breaking down every part of the quote and install piece by piece. The day of the install was excellent. The installers laid down drop cloths for every inch of the house and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. We would call Heating \& Cooling Too again and again, 10/10 service and prices!

The dealer is great…..not super impressed with the Bryant brand. The furnace that was replaced was a known "lemon" by Bryant so Bryant "gave" us a $900 credit on the new one. Or …..how about you "do better" Bryant and make a quality product . Such a huge disappointment AND huge expense .

The old furnace and a/c were Bryant products and generally maintenance free for 24 years, so wanted Bryant products again. I was impressed with the installers Josh and Mitch. They had a challenge with the main water pipe 4 inches in front of the furnace, and a tight spot as well with my space for an A/C. It is a smaller town home with space management issues. Josh and Mitch didn't see a problem so much as an opportunity to challenge their traditional methods of installation and get it done. H2C promptly gave me an estimate to replace my aging furnace and scheduled me w/in two weeks and the field crew were very professional and quick and the end product looks great!

The install team went above and beyond and found a solution to run the lines through a very tight attic area vs. on the outside of the house. They were professional and cleaned up after the install. Also took the time to walk through how the units operate, remote, and special features.

The install was fast and the crew was very professional. They explained what they were going to do and went over everything after the install was complete. They did a great job and would recommend to others.

Friendly installers

Service was very good. The only issue was that nether service person was Covid vaccinated which is very disappointing when they are coming into my home to do the work.

The entire process from the initial contact, scheduling, installation and final calibration was outstanding. Everyone \- Mike, Dan, Josh, Mitch and Vince were extremely helpful and very professional. Final cost was better than all other quotes with a longer warranty.

This is our second major utility replaced by Heating and Cooling Two. They replaced our A/C and put zoning in our house a few years ago. Mike was the most knowledgeable and responsive of all the installers I vetted (he's the only one that noticed that my gas regular was in an improper vertical position). There was an issue with the PVC pipe after the install and the team fixed it immediately with no fuss.

We had the furnace, AC , air exchanger, thermostat, humidifier replaced in our 19 year old home. The equipment is so incredibly quiet. The wifi connex wall t\-stat does everything for you. It handles the fresh air and humidifier, in addition to the heating and ac.

They explained in detail how to operate and maintain the equipment, and cleaned up so it looked like they were never there. They also submitted the paperwork for all available rebates.
