We recently moved to the Benson area and we inquired of friends and neighbors as to whom we should consider hiring to repair our HVAC system in our newly purchased home. Several friends highly recommended Freetly Electric which is a local company from Kerkhoven, Minnesota. We talked with Mitch from Freety Electric and they came out and performed a professional inspection and evaluation of our HVAC system. They clearly explained what failed and what work needed to be completed to repair the system. They were very responsive and they provided us a competitive price and completed the work within a couple of days. The work they did was organized and professional and they kept us informed all the way along the process. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and they took great pride in their work and that we were satisfied customers! I even got a call a week later to check in and verify that everything was working accordingly and we were satisfied with the performance of the new system! My wife and I would rate this experience as one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had with a service company and I will be recommending Freetly Electric to others!

Mitch was extremely helpful, his team went above and beyond to remove our old fuel oil unit and professionally installed a much nicer quality energy saver with both heating and cooling system. We are certainly comfortable and really notice a difference in our home.

Very pleased with the installation. Installation difficulties were worked out. Timing was good when working with the building of an addition to the house at the same time. The system looks good, much better than the previous.
