All the Aire Serv employees involved in our project did an excellent job. They were very professional and always concerned that we were more than satisfied.

Installation was fast and clean. Instructions were thorough. The only thing I need to do is find a better location for the outdoor sensor out of the sun throughout the day.

From start to finish, bidding to job completion, I knew I was in very capable hands.

I have had them servicing my aging furnace for annual checks to when it was not heating properly this past winter and decided to replace it before serious issues arose in the middle of a blizzard. Everyone from the rep sent to give an estimate on a new unit to the people who have done the checks and the installation of both the furnace and air conditioner gave me information I could understand, shared knowledge about both the old and new systems so I could make decisions I was happy with, were conscience of cleanliness, and I like the fact the old units are recycled. They were easy to work with, available when needed in the winter, and made everything work into my schedule during the replacements.

We woke up to a cold house on Christmas morning and Aire Serv was to our home in minutes. Unfortunately, our furnace needed replacing. They made this tough news tolerable with the best experience possible. Calling to check in with us, bringing heaters to keep our home warm enough until our service date (which was only four days!) and giving us the best pricing they could. Then, complete professionalism continued throughout the installation and usage guidance. We are ever grateful for this compassionate, efficient and thorough company!

Great experience, service, product and staff were kind and followed though. Aire Serv came when they said they would and I hardly knew they were here. Would highly recommend them for a new furnace install or for yearly maintence checks on furnace or air conditioner.

Felt confident that I was getting a good furnace replacement. Tying the new HVAC system into existing air exchanger presented a little bit of a challenge. Installers were courteous and responsible. AC seems to be working fine. Looking forward to trying out the heating part but not too soon.
