Air Conditioner Repair & ServiceBy LaSalle Heating & A/C Inc.

My A/C unit died the night of July 3rd. LaSalle Heating and A/C was one of the most recommended HVAC companies in my area. The owner answered when I called at 7pm the day before a holiday. Charlie fit me in to his Friday schedule. He worked hard to try and fix my A/C before discovering the compressor was shot. It didn't make sense to spend thousands on a 20 year old A/C unit, I requested quotes for a new A/C unit. Charlie confirmed my current A/C was correctly sized for my house; he was forthright and honest through the entire process. I ultimately chose to install a heat pump because LaSalle's price plus government incentives and rebates from my electricity provider made it cost competitive. His team showed up the following Tuesday. They were polite and professional. Everything was installed properly. When all was said and done, I felt informed and confident in my decision to choose LaSalle. Charlie followed up with me the following day to ensure I was a happy customer. I HIGHLY recommend LaSalle Heating and A/C

LaSalle took all the worries away when purchasing a new furnace. They were amazing to work with. They fit us in when they were extremely busy, as we had no heat at the beginning of winter. They were knowledgeable. They lent us space heaters until they were able to install the new furnace. Bryant products are some of the best on the market. Highly recommend working with LaSalle.

Small/difficult place for installation, which made it very tricky. They did a great job. Great customer service!

Prompt and courteous service. Very knowledgeable team who take the time to educate you about your product options.

Working with LaSalle was a very easy process. They were responsive to my questions and had the Bryant product I needed for my home. Great communication from all departments and made me feel like a valued customer. They will have my future business.

The team at LaSalle did a great job from testing out my old A/C unit, to presenting the replacement options to installing the unit we selected.

Timely and professional.

Upfront and honest. I had several companies out for quotes and Lasalle gave the most thorough information.

Great job! Installers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Will recommend to friends, the only hvac I will hire.

I liked having a tech come rather Than a shiny sales person. Installers were very nice and had a great attention to details. Also cleaned up really well.

They are very knowledgeable and professional.

These guys do excellent work. I have been doing business with them for 25 plus years.

Excellent

The technicians and office staff were all very helpful, will definitely recommend.

Charlie and installation team were awesome, very professional

They did a good job on the install and I really like the new heating system, it is so quiet I hardly know its running. Everything went very well other than a small electrical problem, but they got it fixed and so far things have been good.

Install crew was on time, knew what they were doing, and left the area cleaner than it was before they started. They explained all the features of the furnace, air filter system and humidifier. Appreciated the follow up yo make sure everything was ok and working to my satisfaction, Charlie, Kevin, and Miguel were great!

Overall, great service and personable

Max was great while he was in our home; very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, we can't give him 5 stars because it took 3.5 months for him to return to finish the job by installing a new thermostat that we were told would take 1\-2 weeks for them to get in.

Very nicely done professional installation and device operation presentation.

These guys did an emergency furnace install for me the next day. Fast professional, quick and clean. Thanks!! They have an A+ rating and a five star review for a reason. Keep up the good work Scott/Max

Good on time service, very satisfied. They came through for me a couple of times, air conditioner and heater.

I found out about LaSalle when I called on Christmas night when my furnace quit. The owner who is on call that evening around 10 o?clock answer the phone with a welcome invoice and informed me that he could have somebody out that evening or he could have somebody out the next day and save me a little bit on the on call price. A technician came the next day to fix the issue so when the time came to replace my furnace this week and be ready for the winter without a doubt I called LaSalle heating to come install the new one for me.

Scott and his team did a great job replacing our 24 year old unit. Can't believe how much quieter both the AC and Furnace are. Very very happy with the recommendation by Scott and the work done by his install team!

Charlie did everything he could to make the installation work.

Charlie and Max did a great job with the install. They also took the time to explain how to use and take care of the units.

I could not have asked for more friendly, competent, and fast service. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this dealer. I'm a client for life and recommend them every chance I get. Truly, you don't find customer service out there like this anymore. A+ company.

Max was super at explaining the new system. We felt comfortable with the install process.

Coldest week of the year, and our furnace went out...answered and helped on a holiday...made the whole experience of furnace replacement easy...from problem solving, solutions, information to installation.

Max is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is a real class act, the best there is.

Wow! I was so impressed with Lasalle Heating and Air and their exceptional customer service skills. After MANY horrible exchanges with my home warranty company regarding my furance, I finally gave up and contacted Lasalle Heating and Air to see if they would come take a look at my furnace to give me an educated opinion about what needed to be done (it was old and not igniting). I wasn't getting a straight answer from the representatives that were being sent to me from my home warranty company and with something like a furnace, I needed to know the truth. It is a matter of safety. I called Lasalle at the recommendation of a friend who had recently used them for a furnace and AC install and had been pleased. When I called to set up the appointment just for someone to come look at it, the person that answered the phone was a delight. He easily was able to schedule someone to come out the next morning at 8:00 a.m. Charlie arrived and was instantly personable. I shared the horrible experience I had already had and he certainly showed sympathy that I had already had to deal with such incompetence from the other company. He didn't need much time to determine that my furance was shot. He explained much of the problem to me in regular English so he was sure that I understood. He sat me down and explained my options and gave me detailed estimates for a brand new system. He told me that he certainly would understand if I wanted to get other estimates, but if I chose to go with them, all I needed to do was to call them and they would set it up. I spent no time or energy getting another opinion. I immediately knew this was the company that I wanted to use. The day of the install, Charlie and Max showed up to do all of the work. They were both super personable, polite, professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. They had my new furnace and AC all set up in a matter of a few hours. They showed me how to use the new system as well as showing me that they had posted information and their phone number right near the new furnace should I have any additional questions. The entire time they were in my home, they felt like family. Both Charlie and Max made what could have been a miserable experience a delightful one. I have never written a review for anything before, but I absolutely felt the need to express my gratitude and appreciation through this review. If you have any heating or AC needs, you NEED to contact Lasalle. You will receive nothing less than stellar customer service!!! Thank you SO much!

Heat and air

I have used LaSalle Heating and AC several times for repairs and currently to install a new furnace and AC unit. Everyone has been extremely helpful and shows personal touches like remembering my name and previous discussions with minute details. I would highly recommend working with Max. He went above and beyond for me and treats you like a family member. If you are looking for a professional, respectful and knowledgeable company I would highly recommend contacting them!

Awesome to work with.

I hope my new furnace lasts as long as my 42 year old Bryant furnace.
