Furnace failure -24 degrees while on vacation in Arizona
My furnace failed while I was on a short vacation in Arizona. Temperature had been well below zero for a few days (\-24 when we left town). My neighbor, who watches my house when I'm gone called me early on a Monday morning indicating that our furnace quit working Sunday night and he had been at my home since 5:00 am trying to contact local heating contractors with no success. I called Kruchten's at 8:00 am, left a message and received a call back within minutes. They were able to get to the house within about an hour, diagnose the problem and make temporary repairs until I could get back to Minnesota the following week. I spoke with Kruchten's on the Monday after returning home in the morning, they came out that morning and laid out my options. I opted to replace the furnace with a new one and it was ordered and installed by Wednesday. It is working very well and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from my contractor.

What amazing service!
THANK YOU KRUCHTEN'S! What do \-20 degrees and a broken furnace equal? Disaster! But thanks to Bruce and Mike, everything was just fine! Mike came over quickly to check out our furnace, then pieced it together so that it could last through the night. The next day, Bruce drove to the cities to get us a new furnace and they worked to put it in so that we wouldn't be without heat on one of the coldest days of a Minnesota winter. We are so grateful to them for their care and hard work. I love it when they refer you to the same furnace that they own, but then to have them go above and beyond for us was amazing! Thank you Angie, Bruce and Mike!
