I've had yearly contracts with Superior for nearly 20 years for an my HVAC annual service and have used them to replace my AC, Water Heater and, just today, my 20 year old Furnace. In all cases, they have provided superior service throughout that period. I used to do competitive pricing but now, I do not. I found their pricing to be competitive and, combined with their superior service and friendly employees, I just call them, get a price and schedule the service.

Installers arrived on time, completed work in the estimated amount of time, and left the finished basement (indoor portion of AC) clean by putting down a dropcloth where they'd be coming in and out. Would certainly have no hesitation to use Superior in the future.
