They were quick and timely also willing to work with us if needed .

Installation was done in a timely manner. Installers were courteous and respectful. Five hours after job was done, AC quit working. Called company at 6:00pm and was advised that no one would be able to come out until the next day. Needless to say, since it was 80 degrees in my home, I was very disappointed.

They always answer the phone, their prices are competitive, and they know what they're doing.

Our experience with Climate\-Tech Inc was great. They gave us clear and honest choices for how to solve the problem we were having with our old furnace. After we made the choice to replace it, they came for a second visit to help us with a temporary solution since it was quite cold and our furnace wasn't producing any heat \- this visit, in particular, truly went above and beyond. With a small child and pets in the house, it was a huge relief to have heat while we waited for the new furnace. The installation of the new furnace was quick and afterward, we got a thorough walk\-through of the furnace and thermostat along with some tips to keep the furnace running well.

Had trouble with old Furnace, Called Climate\-Tech was there to check it out and gave options on replacement of 26 year old unit. Was installed and running in no time. Beautiful job done would have never known they were there.

Climate\-Tech arrived as scheduled. Equipment installed promptly and old units taken away. Outside air will be installed/connected to evaporator when we have better weather. I was aware of this in advance and its not a problem.

Called on Sunday, got diagnosis and interim fix on Monday, had new furnace installed on Wednesday. The house is cozy and quiet now. We are so grateful!

This team has the best customer service I have ever had. From day one with the first call I was made to feel like my job was important to them. Even when he was not sure if he could help, he offered to make sure to point me to someone who could. I sent him 2 pictures from my phone and within minutes of receiving them he called back to set up a time for job estimate the next day. I received the estimate that week and as soon as I approved the job, I was set up with an install date that next week. Wow! This team was great, friendly professional installers who cleaned up as they worked. When I noticed a small trip that night from a pipe fitting, they were here the next morning to take care of the drip. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Believe me when I say "They are the team you want fixing or installing your heating and cooling systems".

We were having issues with our 20 year old furnace so I gave Jeff a call. He came over the same day \& went over our options regarding repair or replace. He gave us 4 different furnace options \& explained the benefits of each system. He got our existing furnace running while we waited for the new one to come in which took about a week.
