I've used Selective in the past and I've always found them to be prompt, professional and communicative. The office person who answers the phone is friendly, informative, and helpful. The technicians do a great job, are respectful, will take the time to explain things to me, and show up when they say they will. Really can't ask for more.

We have used family\-owned company Selective for over 8 years. They attend to our hvac overall maintenance of furnace \& a/c units. Along with installation an amazing mini split unit for our master bedroom \& a power vent hot water tank. Selective is professional, punctual, and extremely professional. We have been lucky enough to have Selective service our hvac needs at two houses. They have phenomenal communication skills via email, call, \& text! Yes, they text too, so helpful when we are working. They are good at what they do! They are fair and honest. They also have installed a furnace, a/c, \& wifi thermostat for my parents' home; they could not be happier with the installation \& technicians.

Had a mini split AC installed for an upstairs bedroom, John went above and beyond to give us a quality install and did a great job explaining options for where the equipment could be placed and how it would effect its operation. Really nice install \- pride of workmanship show! Extremely positive experience with Selective; loyal customers over 7 years.
