Most of by service has been with Daryl. Because of his honest and straightforward approach I continued to use Krane. When I finally needed replacements I used Krane. But Daryl as my service provider is the main reason for me to continue with Krane. I received quotes for other dealers but they were less honest and not looking out for me.

I bought my house in 2004; it had the original Bryant furnace from 1971. The furnace was operational and gave me no problems for 20years. I called a few places for estimates on replacing the old furnace, Krane was the second company I contacted and the first to accommodate my busy schedule. I canceled the other company upon Krane's accommodation. Not only did they accommodate my schedule, but they said they only install Bryant furnaces and spoke on the superior quality of the Bryant brand, and I didn't need to be sold as I personally can attest to the superiority myself. They called to confirm their arrival, as expected. The initial installer was consistent, exuded excellent customer service, kept me apprised to everything he would be doing, the number of additional employees enroute. The next employee to arrive was equally as pleasant, and then the third. I was impressed with how they collaborated and worked in unison together and did not stop from start to finish. They disassembled the old furnace, carried out all the pieces to be dispose of. I observed how cautious they were upon carrying out all the large pieces, ensuring they wouldn't inadvertently nick the walls. They installed a new thermostat that is Wi\-Fi Bluetooth adaptable, even volunteered to download the app to my phone and set it up for me, wasn't necessary but most appreciative. Upon completion, reiterated the warranty, showed me how to change the new furnace filter and told me where they could be purchased. Showed me how to access the humidifiers filter and where to purchase replacement filters and how often to change them. Took me out back to show me the new air\-conditioning unit and walked me through care steps. They even swept up the debris that was trailed in behind them carrying in and out the new and old unit. Most impressed, would highly recommend these professionals to anyone in need of a furnace/air\-conditioning unit.

My old Bryant had failed, they were very clear about their recommendation to replace it and the newer install was much cleaner than the one they replaced.

I had Krane come out and install a full furnace and A/C replacement. They did a nice job. Had a little glitch with the zone system but they were out the next morning to make some tweaks with the settings and all works great. Bryant Evolution system is very quiet and extremely efficient.

Krane was available for an evening call to schedule someone to come out the next morning to diagnose our air conditioning issue. Unfortunately, our old system leaked out the refrigerant and was cost prohibitive to repair. They were able to install a new system that same day. Very pleasant and professional team.

Competative pricing, neat and efficient installation of both AC/Furnace. Krane's offers a longer labor warranty than most which is a definite plus. The dealer provides quotes over the phone which I was not comfortable with. The first quote was not equivelant (size, etc) to quotes we had already received. Krane did come to the home to measure and supply us with a quote for the system we wanted. We had installed a Bryant system in our previous home in 2023, so wanted to make sure we got a quote from a Bryant dealer. Also received quotes from Carrier and AirEase (Lennox) .

Our Air Conditioner stopped working on a Friday evening when the temperatures and humidity were unbearable. I started calling early Saturday and Bryant Heating \& Cooling Systems was the only company that came out on the weekend for an extremely reasonable cost. The 21 year old unit couldn't be repaired so we scheduled a replacement and we're not charged for the weekend service call. A storm moved in on the day of installation and the team worked in the pouring rain, moving large rocks and dirt to secure the unit. Even after entering the house for the work inside, everything was clean and in place. We will definitely be calling them again for our heating and cooling needs. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kept us advised of their expected arrival.

Good price Professional installation

My ac unit quit working, I called Krane 730 at night on a Sunday and they came right out to fix the issue. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got me patched up for the night. Unfortunately my unit is old and needed to be replaced, but Krane made it easy. I got a quote for a new unit that night and it was installed the next morning. Overall it was a seemless and smooth experience!

Jeff and Mike came out for a second HVAC install in two years \- they exceeded their quoted time allotments, and got everything rolling smoothly while taking care of our home (laying down tarps so as not to track dirt in), while also managing my hectic schedule on top of that. Extremely kind and informative, very efficient, and great people to work with. I will/would not use anyone else for anything related to HVAC for any home I'd ever need it for. A +++

I had a board go bad on my 30 year old furnace. I was sure it was time to replace it. They came out to diagnose the problem and also suggested replacing it. My only issue was that they didn't know that the new 2023 and later qualifications for the Federal Energy Credit is that the unit has to be 97% efficient or higher. The unit that was suggested was only 96.2. After speaking with them, they indicated that the Bryant unit that was high enough would increase the cost by more than the $600 credit, and would not provide me any significant energy savings. Guess it all makes sense. My inlaws had a company install a new unit in their house last year and it was cheaper. The installation was poor and the blower motor already went out. Remember, you often get what you pay for. You might pay a little more with a Bryant, but it is worth it.

I had to get a new furnace due to flooding. The technician who inspected my furnace was knowledgeable and provided quality service in making sure that I received top\-notch service with fair pricing. I did not have any issues with the insurance company in covering my claim and felt confident that any questions they may have had would get answered efficiently. The installation was quick and I am extremely satisfied with my results.

Prompt service. Called on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. Came out same day to diagnose. Then were back installing A/C unit and hot water tank the next Wednesday (holiday fell in between, but were still able to get me in quickly). Installation was great. got everything we expected

I couldn't have hoped for a more professional and capable service person. Daryl came to rescue our inoperative and complicated, 2 stage Evolution AC unit. He initially walked through some diagnostics on our thermostat over the phone with me. When it was determined to be hardware, he was able to come out just a couple of days later. He was courteous, knowledgeable and focused. Of all of the broad factors that can cause issues on this system, he narrowed it down to a board that could have been harmed during the multiple power outages we had last winter. When it became apparent an expensive board had irreparably failed and even then, that the failure could have been caused by yet another problem, we were posed with the dilemma of attempting multiple, potentially futile repairs, or an even more expensive replacement unit. Then Daryl had a better idea. Based on his thorough understanding of this system, he recognized that he could bypass the more advanced feature that the failed board provided, and restore the more important functionality of the system with some rewiring that he accomplished rather quickly. His resourcefulness gave us hope that we could recover the unit. We watched and measured the results after he completed the wiring, but the unit did not activate during the few minutes that we watched it. He was as disappointed as we were, as he clearly took pride in his ability to solve problems. We discussed other potential alternatives as he packed up, none of which were very promising. Even at that point, he had demonstrated the most knowledge of our system and options for solutions, and we were satisfied that he would service our Bryants from then on. Then, when we happened to look at that zone's thermostat, maybe an hour later, there it was. Cooling had begun. His solution did indeed work, having just taken a little longer to activate. We are up and running now, instead of having to resort to other drastic, unpleasant measures. I gather from reviews that Krane also has other capable people, and Courtney was helpful with scheduling, but I don't know how we could do better than Daryl. I only wish he could be our electrician and plumber too.

Their salesman, Jeff Yacobelli, provided a very good pricing and was very attentive to our needs for a new furnace and air conditioning. Adam, came out and did a detailed job of measuring and telling us how the installation would be done. The installation team of Adam Sparks, Chaz and Cody were on time ,very professional and did a excellent job of installing the furnace and a/c unit. Besides an original measurement snafu, the experience was really good and my home was a challenge to say the least.

I was given a same day appointment to diagnose the problem and had a new furnace installed 2 days later. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly.

I am so impressed with my experience working with Krane Heating \& Cooling. Replacing a broken furnace is inherently frustrating, but Krane made the process much more enjoyable. Will be recommending Krane to family and friends.

The 4 people that I met were all outstanding! First was the service tech. The old furnace failed on Sunday morning. I called \& scheduled a repairman for Monday. Within an hour of getting that appointment, the tech called and asked if he could come immediately at no extra charge. Shortly after arriving, he found that the over\-temperature safety switch had tripped. He reset it, allowing the furnace to run again, but warned me that the switch was likely to continue trippng. Since the furnace was 23 years old, I inquired about a new furnace. He gave me all the info I needed to select the Bryant Evolution. He also said that I could keep the old A/C unit if I wanted to, but I chose to get a new one. The new furnace was installed the next day. The installers arrived about 9am, put down drop cloths between the exterior patio door and the furnace room, removed the old furnace, and then installed the new one. They were done by 1pm, with everything looking perfectly/professionally done. Then the same 2 installers returned the following Monday to install the A/C unit. They again arrived by 9am and were done by about 1pm, with everything looking perfectly/professionally done. I am TOTALLY satisfied with the Bryant Evolution system and with the service and installation people. If I had to do it all over again, I would want these 3 people doing my work. I set up the thermostat myself and installed the Bryant Home app on my phone. I needed a little help with this \& received it from Brian, who I put in my phone as Krane's help desk person. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him any time that I had questions, which I did. Such service does not get any better than this!

Krane replace my furnace a few years back. I knew it was only a matter of time for the AC and this summer it started acting up. Krane came out and initially put in a unit but we determined it was too small. Krane came back out and replaced my AC with a new larger Bryant within a couple of days.

The installation crew was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, installed the furnace, A/C unit, air handler, humidifier, ductwork, thermostat, etc. quickly and efficiently, taking care to leave everything at least as clean as they found it. Communication from my sales rep could have been better; I feel like maybe he had too much on his plate and so there were some crossed wires in messages and calls flying back and forth.

Furnace broke on Saturday nite , tech came out within an hour and diagnosed , new furnace needed , new furnace installed first thing Monday . Great service , very neat job and even changed our gas line to our water heater at no charge .would highly recommend.

They saved my bacon! I had a 28 year old Bryant on life support, having to reset the rollout switch about once a day . No one could help me. Then on Saturday the 4th of December, I called Krane, and my phone was answered! On a Saturday! The person who answered was named Jim. I figured him for a salesman. He told me I could have heat by Monday and a full install by Tuesday. This was opposed to the competition that was talking a minimum of two weeks. On Sunday we went through the particulars and I approved. By Tuesday I had the system I wanted, (and an upkick in quality from the basic units proposed to me by Family, Mulligan, and various others), at an extremely competitive price. Although Jim knew I was in a dire situation, he did not take advantage of that. The crew was great and extremely professional. They knew what they were doing. Turns out Jim was the Owner of Krane! He was answering the phone at his home. Lord knows I have not seen that in 20 years, with everyone using the computer to hide behind. To make a long story longer, I am the caretaker for an 11,000 sq ft. home with four furnaces. They have Carriers, which you know are synonymous with Bryant. Krane will be their heating and cooling professional from this day forward. In fact a tech is coming over at my request tomorrow to do some service. Again thank you Krane and thank you for providing human, caring, and exceptional service.

As an engineer, I was able to discuss and understand the preferred installation (replacement) and I watched and feel that the installation was performed to a high standard. The exhaust location had to be moved to meet code and remains unobtrusive. I asked for vaccinated installers (unvaccinated child in the house) and was accommodated when another company refused to quote. Furnace performance is a noticeable improvement, can't comment on AC performance (it is November).

Felt comfortable with all information I was given, installers did a great job and everything is working well.

THE 2 INSTALLERS WERE HERE ABOUT 4 HOURS AFTER INSTALLING A NEW FURNACE. THEY WERE CONSCIENTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY, AND APPEARED KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE INSTALLATION. MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP THE FURNACE ROOM AREA AFTER COMPLETION AND AM NOT SURE I HAVE THE PROPER AIR FILTERS FOR THIS FURNANCE.
