Amazing, prompt, courteous service from start of phone call for service to completion of install. Hoover went way beyond our expectations. Installed a new furnace \& hot water tank within 2 days of service call. Walked us through each step of work install \& new thermostat set\-up. We would highly recommend Hoover to anyone. Our 30\-year old furnace needed to be replaced. Service/sales tech John P answered all our questions knowledgeably, and helped us pick the correct sized replacement for our condo. Installation techs Dee and Brad brought the duct work up to code during the furnace installation, and left our utility room as clean as they found it.

Hoover tech analyzed my water heating system in about 15 minutes and had the replacement part next day.

Aaron, Dee and Derrick were professional from start to finish. All 3 employees worked continuously and was available to answer questions. Aaron gave me an overview of the work to be done, and we did a walk around before they started. While the work was in\-progress Dee gave me continuous updates as to the status of what they were working on as of a point in time. All three employees appeared to work well as a team as I watched them partner, work together and discuss their work. At the conclusion of the job, Aaron and I met again, and we did another walk around of the work completed. Aaron answered the questions that I had with ease and professionalism, as I did have follow\-up questions. I would provide all 3 workers with an A+ score for Expertise, Solving Problems, Service and teamwork.

I haven't had the opportunity to use the new products, but from past experiences I am sure the furnace and air conditioning units will perform extremely well.

I had this Air/Furnace system insalled a month ago. Excellent job, very knowledgable, quick installation. Very professional. It works great, love it. Would recomment this system and Hoover Electric to everyone. (I had a Carrier for 28 years and loved it, so Bryant was a more affordable system for me with the same dependability and you can count on it to work continually for years to come like Carrier.)
