Brad came out to our house with his crew to install a new furnace, air conditioning unit, and humidifier. He worked with us to give us the setup we wanted and never tried to oversell a product to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when answering any of our questions. He went above and beyond and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ferrara to others. They are professional, punctual, and meticulous in making sure all work done is high quality.
