New Bryant Furnace
Long's has a long standing reputation for quality. My installation went smoothly. I had a small glitch the second day. I was serviced within a half hour. The tech seemed remarkably knowledgeable. He stayed for awhile and listened to the furnace cycle and made another adjustment. This same tech came out for an emergency call on the old furnace. Within minutes , he had isolated the problem and resolved. I also used them for a toilet problem. That tech was also very experienced and resolved my problem on the spot. That was a couple of years ago and I haven't had a problem since. They manage to hire people who really take pride in their work.
