Installed a defective furnace that runs hot and locks out continually
Does not know how to fix the problem. Has no priority to respond. Will not contact Bryant to send out a tech person to diagnose the issues. I paid for a new furnace and received a piece of junk. Tired of being cold and the smell of burning wiring or electronics. This has happened from the day installed.

New furnace experience
I bought a new furnace this week and the crew that installed it was sub\-par. Fortunately I called Quality Heating \& Cooling about a problem, and they sent out another person to trouble shoot. He found the installation crew hadn't created the filter holder to properly hold the filter AND they left my old filter instead of supplying a new one. The new filter holder is only 15" whereas my filter is 16 x 25. They also did not replace the tubing that takes the water from the humidifier and a/c to the laundry tub and the connection was leaking water water onto my floor. The 2nd person who came out fixed the leak and provided new tubing. I'm still waiting for the filter to be re\-sized. Right now I cannot put a filter into the slot.

The installers called before they arrived and gave a range of time that they would arrive. They arrived and I found them friendly, personable, engaging and professional. When they arrived they explained, to me, exactly what they were going to do. They installed both a furnace and an air\-conditioning unit. They had specified an installation that would take 2\-days but they completed the installation in 1\-day. He took me down to the basement, explained all of the 'intricate' details of the furnace and humidifier operation. Then back upstairs to explain the details of the new thermostat.
