Love this company

Good install to replace aged air conditioning

Bartholomew was the only company that would provide service when we moved into this house in the middle of winter during holidays with no heat. We've been with them ever since.

Very nice installation and they took all the old equipment out and left everything clean.

Bartholomew Heating and cooling have always been honest and provide great service

I keep using Bartholemew because of their timeliness, committment, professionalism, and quality of work and product. Bartholomew works as a team and far exceed my expectation. I can certainly trust their work.

Great people to work with

The staff provided my family with various options that fit our needs and pocketbook with no pressure to purchase. Then they were efficient and knowledgeable during installation. It was a great experience.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Bartholomew Heating and Cooling.

We were impressed by the whole organisation from the initial phone contact, Sales visit and the installation engineers. All were very knowledgeable and professional.

We just had our furnace and air conditioning replaced by Bartholomew Heating and Cooling. I can't overstate how happy we are not only with the equipment, but the professional installation and friendliness of the staff and technicians. They went far above expectations on the installation and update of our system Thanks Bartholomew team!!!!!!!

The installation of my furnace and air conditioner was very professional, and flawless.

Knowledgeable and informative. They did a great install.

We have been using bartholomew's for 30 years and have always been happy customers.

Brad delivered a system that meets my needs. His installers are courteous and knowledgeable.

Bartholomew was awesome. Great experience from the first time I talked to some on the phone to when they left my house after installation. They put me first and made sure that everything was done right. Could not be happier!

Everyone from the person answering the phone and scheduling the appointment to the guys that did the tear out and installation was polite, professional, and friendly.

I can't say enough about these guys; Outstanding service, punctual, competent, and efficient

The level of service we received was incredible. Brad spent a lot of time to identify the best solution for our situation. The office staff is friendly and responsive and the installers were polite and efficient.

Bartholomew recommended an excellent machine to replace the 18 year old unit we purchased from them originally. The unit was properly installed in the fall but experienced a manufacturer's defect that caused a loud oscillating noise. Bartholomew, the Bryant representative and management all showed up for the decision. Since it was late fall, we decided to exchange the unit in the spring. Without asking, Bartholomew called in early spring, scheduled and efficiently installed a replacement at no charge. It runs perfectly. You really don't know a company well enough until something goes wrong. The Bartholomew team did a great job, as always.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Organized and clean installations

We are very happy with the installation of our furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater. Everyone from the salesman to the installers and office personnel were very friendly. They all took the time to explain everything to us. They never pushed us into making a decision before we were ready. They were very neat and took care to cover floors they were walking on. They cleaned up everything when finished.

Excellent product and service

Installed furnace, coil, humidifier, air cleaner, air conditioner, thermostat and removed all the old equipment in less than two days.

The Bartholomew team is excellent assisting with selecting a new HVAC system and getting it installed efficiently with expert technicians!

We used this company to install a heater air conditioner and hot water heater in a rental home. They worked with us even though we weren't on site. It was a good experience and I trust them. Mary
