Pinnacle Heating \& Cooling did an amazing job installing a full system in our 1880 home. This was not an easy project due to the age of the house but they laid out the system to function well and not interfere with the historic parts of our home. I have had this company for our 2 houses for many years and have always had top notch service with them. They helped me nurse along an aging furnace and AC unit for the last couple of years and finally it was time to replace both units. My installers were awesome, running up and down my basement stairs and around to the back of the house to install the AC unit. They never even took a lunch break! I am very pleased with Pinnacle and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is considering a new furnace and or a central air system. I took the rout of getting multiple quotes to compare prices and products. I found Pinnacle the only one who would get back with me, and be willing to work with my contractor. They also would not cut corners to save me money up front, which would cost me a ton in the long run in efficiency and longevity of the equipment.

I had a comfort maker furnace and central air system that was 22 years old that needed to be replaced. I figured out that my system needed replacement after asking Pinnacle to do an inspection of my furnace. I now have the new Bryant furnace and central air system installed, along with a humidifier. Everyone at Pinnacle is very knowledgeable and helpful. After installation the technician took as much time as I needed to explain the new system and how to operate it. I am very pleased with Pinnacle and my new Bryant system.
