The installers did a fantastic job for about 95% of the installation. However, much like when they put in our furnace a year or so ago, some stuff just wasn't done right. With the AC installation, that something was a 2nd\-stage flow rate that was \>500 CFM/ton (we live in a humid place so this was an odd choice). It looks like they just set the air handler to 100% speed and did their line charge from there. They did nothing at all to the air flow rate of the first stage. They also didn't remove the furnace ACRDJ jumper to allow the thermostat to drive both stages. When I questioned the installer about the 2nd stage flow rate, he just told me that they did their charge to that speed and they didn't want to mess with it. I ended up modifying the speeds myself and diagnosing the ACRDJ jumper issue when I noticed the staging wasn't working right. System runs great now. Our furnace installation was a similar experience: great install except the receptacle they installed shorted, sparked and threw a breaker. I had to double\-check all their electrical work after that for peace of mind. They also didn't wire the thermostat correctly to the furnace's control board. It's disappointing because I went with these folks due to their great Google rating. I also let them recommend the equipment so I knew the installers were working with stuff they were familiar with (same goes for our furnace, which was installed by the same company and is also a Bryant system). I was willing to overlook one goofed install (the furnace) and gave them another change with the air conditioner, but it was much the same experience second time around. Because of the need to consistently fix their work, I'm not sure I can really recommend these folks anymore.
