Absolutely fantastic
Dependable was outstanding when it came to the initial troubleshooting service when the furnace was not able to keep running without considerable babysitting (and/or setting it to a much lower temp than desired) \- they came out the next day and determined the failure was terminal (showing me exactly what had failed), and three days later they had installed our new furnace (AC installation will be completed in spring due to the weather being prohibitive that day to finish that up) and our house was back to being warm and comfortable. Their pricing was very fair and their cost options were clearly laid out so you know what you are getting at each level, and can see what the next level brings and weigh that to your needs. Highly recommended!
