There is the job done correctly and then there are all the small things that add up to a good experience and confidence and trust in the people doing the work. Things like always calling ahead, being on time or calling with specific delays, being polite, listening well, eager to show off their work or have it inspected. When our furnace went out a service tech came out promptly, even though it was New Year's Eve. He did a temporary fix to our 28 year old furnace, then they installed a new one for us very promptly.

They also performed several smaller tasks I had around the house involving HVAC systems and were openly communicative on options I had. Each installation member was very technically savvy. Price was very competitive, and there were no surprises during installation. Work site very clean after team departed. They even completed product registration and filed my rebate with the energy company on my behalf the very next day. What more could you want? I'm now enjoying my very toasty home!

Robertson Morrison has been servicing our furnace since 2000. They have always done a thorough job. When their service tech discovered our furnace was essentially dead after 22 years on a Saturday (a Bryant also) he got things rolling. By Monday at 7:30 a.m. Robertson Morrison had paperwork ready and a new Bryant furnace on it's way to our house, once we owed it. They are a terrific company.

All was done efficiently and in a timely manner. They stand behind all they do.

Arrived on time, explained process and estimated length of time, got it done \- very professional and easy from my end of things; In my opinion this web page is not very well explained;

This was a very complex air conditioner replacement in a large building of condos where the outside units are on the roof. It was complicated by a roofer's screw that had pierced a portion of the conduit (is that what it's called?) that carries the refrigerant between the inside and outside parts of the air conditioner. This damage was hidden in a tangle of other conduits belonging to other condos, and the whole mess was buried in a small attic space. Jay had to climb about in there when it was 90 degrees outside (add a good 10 or 20 degrees to that attic temp) to find the conduit and repair and replace the pierced section. As Scott said, a 3 hour job suddenly turned into a 6 hour job. Jay and Scott solved a seemingly impossible situation on a steamy day in July, and at all times were cheerful and optimistic to my 92\-year\-old mom and me. As I told them, we will never forget the excellent work they did to replace her air conditioner on that day

There was an error in the AC condenser model that was installed back in July 2020. Once that was determined, Robertson Morrison was quick to confirm they had made a mistake and schedule a replacement appointment. We will be able t take advantage of a DTE rebate which expires at the end of 2020.
