This was a very complex air conditioner replacement in a large building of condos where the outside units are on the roof. It was complicated by a roofer's screw that had pierced a portion of the conduit (is that what it's called?) that carries the refrigerant between the inside and outside parts of the air conditioner. This damage was hidden in a tangle of other conduits belonging to other condos, and the whole mess was buried in a small attic space. Jay had to climb about in there when it was 90 degrees outside (add a good 10 or 20 degrees to that attic temp) to find the conduit and repair and replace the pierced section. As Scott said, a 3 hour job suddenly turned into a 6 hour job. Jay and Scott solved a seemingly impossible situation on a steamy day in July, and at all times were cheerful and optimistic to my 92\-year\-old mom and me. As I told them, we will never forget the excellent work they did to replace her air conditioner on that day
