We lost heat on the coldest day of the year. I called Barbour's around noon, and although he had 16 service calls that day, he still managed to get to me by 5 pm. He explained exactly what was wrong and what my options were for repairs. He did not try to sway me into buying a new furnace immediately like many sales people do, but he answered all my questions very honestly. I chose to purchase a new furnace anyway because of the age of mine and the likelihood of further issues down the line. He found the old furnace was emitting carbon monoxide and wouldn't leave until he had given me a CO2 detector he insisted I place in my bedroom to ensure we would know if the levels got to a dangerous level. He had a new furnace installed within 36 hours. The entire staff is amazing and so helpful. They have definitely earned my business for life!
