Pipco provided excellent customer service at all levels. Helped us pick an appropriate heat pump replacement, in consideration of the orientation of our yard, communicated options, worked with our preferred schedule. Installation was uneventful. Installers put down tarps over the carpet, cleaned up at the end of installation. Nice orientation to new thermostat. I will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

I have used Pipco for service of 2 furnaces and 3 A/C for 22 years, and they recently installed one new furnace and one new A/C. I highly recommend the company for their integrity, expertise, reliability, and competency \- they are an outstanding company!

Install was clean. Pricing was comparable to other companies. As far as the system itself time will tell if it is as reliable as the 25 year old trane it replaced.

Second time with Pipco. Great product, great service. First system was over 30 years and still running fine. Wanted higher efficiency and new location for outside condenser.

Vince and company are great. I have used them for many installs since the 1990's. I would never use anyone else. Vince gave lots of options, and recommended the best one for me. He never tries to oversell. My house is now much warmer this winter.

The sales rep at Pipco was great! Very thorough, answered all my questions, provided me with a quote the next day. Service day: 3 gentleman completed the work; area was clean. He informed us of the available discounts and rebates. The installers (David and Max) arrived on time and completed the installation the same day. They were courteous and cleaned up after the installation. David explained how the installed system worked in laymen's terms and showed us how to manage the thermostat.

I interviewed three vendors and chose Pipco on professionalism, knowledge and price. While Pipco was not the cheapest, I felt that we would be in good hands. The crew that installed the system were great. A piece of equipment was broken and Pipco immediately managed getting the piece and the installation. However, the repair representative sent by Pipco was extremely rude and I could not wait to get him out of my house. This experience was very disappointing. In the future I will ask that Pipco not send "Phil" for service work.

We've had PIPCO service our old unit that came with our townhouse and they've always been prompt and efficient. When it came time to replace they listened to what was important to us and were able to accommodate our schedule and COVID concerns to get it done!

I needed to replace an old central air system in my house. I got a few estimates which came with as many opinions about how best to install the new system. Pipco's offer was good, but even better was that they really took the time to get to know the layout of my house and what would work best here. I've very happy about the product (Preferred 16 126BNA036000) and the installation.

07 28 2020 The technicians (Mike and Max) were excellent \-\- very professional and efficient. However, we had a failure to communicate. We asked for a second AC for the second floor to cool the second floor. We received a new unit to replace the existing one \-\- nothing for the second floor. During the installation, I asked Mike if we were getting a second AC. He said no because it would need a lot more duct work to be done. He was installing equipment per his instructions. By the time I realized that we weren't getting a second AC, it was too late to do anything about it. Currently, the second floor is no cooler than it was with the old equipment. We've used Pipco for years and have always been happy with their service. I'm sorry that this mix up occurred. Tessa Albright

Bryant was the original intstalled equipment when we purchased the house 15 years ago, and Pipco was the original installer. We also purchase an air conditioner and gas funrace last year from Bryant through Pipco. All work was done with high quality. I would recommend Pipco to anyone who needs HVAC installation and service.

Best price for very good equipment, installation on 2 outdoor and 2 indoor units done by 6 installers from 8am to 1 pm. This was done less than 1 week after the contract was signed. They did a thorough job cleaning the work areas.

J HAVE DEALT WITH PIPCO FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS WITH GREAT SATISFACTION. I HAVE KNOWN THE PIPPITONE FAMILY FOR AT LEAST 40 YEARS.

Of course, during record setting temperatures the AC decided not to cool properly. The dealer tried replacing parts, but finally determined that a new compressor was required. Because of the age of the system, I decided to replace everything. I live in a 3rd floor walk up condo and the compressor is on the ground in the back of the building. A very labor intensive process in extreme heat.
