PIPCO A/C & Heating Company
PIPCO systems specialist, Bryan Ayd, came to my home. He assessed my situation which was caused by a rusting furnace (Goodman) that was nine years old. We determined that the cost of repairing the furnace was not feasible. I told Brian that I wanted to replace the A/C system at the same time since it was the same age as the furnace. Brian sent me three proposals for different Bryant systems. I chose the Bryant Evolution System because it was similar to the system my daughter and son\-in\-law have at their home. My installers, Wayne, David, and Ryan were excellent! I am thrilled with the new system. It is remarkably quiet and with the variable speed fan, it is very efficient. PIPCO is a very good company!!!

The crew that installed the system were great. A piece of equipment was broken and Pipco immediately managed getting the piece and the installation. Review of AC installation
07 28 2020 The technicians (Mike and Max) were excellent \-\- very professional and efficient. However, we had a failure to communicate. We asked for a second AC for the second floor to cool the second floor. We received a new unit to replace the existing one \-\- nothing for the second floor. During the installation, I asked Mike if we were getting a second AC. He said no because it would need a lot more duct work to be done. He was installing equipment per his instructions. By the time I realized that we weren't getting a second AC, it was too late to do anything about it. Currently, the second floor is no cooler than it was with the old equipment. Of course, during record setting temperatures the AC decided not to cool properly. The dealer tried replacing parts, but finally determined that a new compressor was required. Because of the age of the system, I decided to replace everything. I live in a 3rd floor walk up condo and the compressor is on the ground in the back of the building. A very labor intensive process in extreme heat.
