I have worked with Air Experts for many years between my current house and my last house. My experience in my old house replacing my dual zone system told me that Air Experts has expertise, knowledge of the equipment market, able to propose a good price that is complete without gimmicks. They are prompt , efficient and clean. When I need service, they are always on time and able to resolve my concerns. I highly recommend them.

I have experience with purchasing replacement systems. They are all the same and all are different. It's not an easy job, Air Experts new just what to do. Good contractors know how to solve problems. I recommend Darren Stern Air Experts to anyone.

The crew was excellent during the installation of the new Brant system. Everything was accomplished in record time. The workers were cordial and answered my questions with patience. The air conditioning runs quietly and performs well.

Professional irganization

These guys know what they are doing. They communicated promptly before, during, and after installation. The install is well done and clean. The system was fully tested and they took the time to make sure it was done right. The provided partial vent cleaning and enough extra filters to last 2 years.

Prompt, courteous, respectful, and well priced.

This was the best install experience that we had. They went above and beyond and were very kind. We lost power due to a storm.during the initial install and the outage lasted for over 12 hours. As soon as we got power back, the team was back and finished the install quickly. It was a huge relief!

As always a great job in time and budget

This was a great install. They even replaced my air intake grill at no cost "because it looked so ugly." The team also helped me to optimize my air flow and vents after the install. Highly recommend!

My household has been a customer of Air Experts for years now, and we are consistently pleased with both the responsiveness and level of service we receive for all of our HVAC needs. Air Experts installed a new ductless mini\-split in our garage last year, and this year installed an entirely new HVAC system for our main living area. Both installations were expertly done, the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and they left the job site very clean. I've recommended Air Experts to a number of local friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

I had many estimates and learned a lot. This dealer was not only interested in replacing an old system, he wanted to make sure he was giving me a great system and did make recommendations to improve the overall performance of my system. Honest, and explained everything. I could kick myself for wasting my time listening and getting estimates from others. He got me the right system that did the job without wasting my money.

Thomas Stern was excellent during the estimate. He took the time to explain the issues with the set up of our 51 year old furnace and was very efficient with problem solving how he'd put in the new system. His installation team were great at their job. Mr. Stern came out for a couple of hours that morning again to make sure the details were accomplished to everyone's satisfaction. His company goes above and beyond for cleanliness and service. We decided to upgrade to a more energy efficient furnace not based off of a sales pitch but because we asked for the extra estimate and it made more sense. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

We picked this dealer because they received top marks from Washington Consumer's Checkbook magazine, and deservedly so. They installed it on time during heavy rain in a muddy area without making any mess. The new air conditioner works fine.

Thomas Stern Air Experts are the best. I like to thrown a dozen questions at them to see how they handle it and they all seem to enjoy answering! I have 100% confidence in any advice they give me or in asking them "What would you do if it was your house." They installed a new basement heating/cooling system while I was out of town and, since they had worked with us before, my wife had no problem with them coming in and out of our house all day. My daughter said "They were really nice!" I don't bother calling anyone other than Thomas Stern.

Darren of Air Experts was super knowledgeable and gave me a credible answer for every question I had. He was extremely responsive when I approved the installation and the 2 times I've had questions about my system. In addition, he didn't push me with any sort of upselling. I won't be calling anyone else but Air Experts in the future.

The installation was quick and efficient, and very tidy. The system has only been running for a couple of weeks, but it is working beautifully. Mr. Stern listened carefully to the issues I had had with the previous air conditioner, made helpful recommendations, and responded quickly to my request for a quote for some additional work. He was the only contractor whose quote incorporated all the changes he had recommended to me. Once the installation had been completed, he made sure to explain what had been done, to answer my questions, and to encourage me to contact his office if I had any further questions. We haven't had to use our new equipment, yet, so this review will be more informative after we've seen how the new system works, but our sales and installation experience was very positive. The owner of Air Experts was the person who provided our estimate and explained our options and his plan for doing the work. On the day of installation, he brought out a 5 person crew and they worked quickly and efficiently to do the work. There were barely any signs they had been here after they were done. Seemed like great work.
