Everyone from the owner to the installers were very kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything that was going to be done and answered any questions that I had. They were very prompt and finished pretty much exactly when they thought they would. I would definitely recommend them.

Our existing furnace stopped working at the beginning of the winter and we went a few weeks without heat. Rod Miller Inc. did their best to repair our existing system but when that was not possible (due to part availability) they found us the right bryant furnace for our home and installed it very quickly and professionally.

They did a very thorough job educating me about the product, scheduling was simple,the installation was planned well and executed quickly and sensitively. They explained everything well and did a walk through when they were finished. Everything was spotless when they left.

I've worked with Rod Miller for over a decade and they came through yet again. They installed the bryant compressing unit and the air handler on a Thursday. The work was good and clean up thorough. I noticed a slow leak from the air handler the next morning, phoned Rod Miller and they had someone to my home that day. That technician identified the source of the slow leak, did not have the part but created a way to catch the water, and came back first thing Monday morning to repair it. \[Turns out there was either a small crack in the part or the glue used to install that part wasn't complete but either way Rod Miller was responsive to the problem.\]

The dealer was responsive to my initial call of no ac and was able to provide the product necessary to remedy the situation in a timely fashion.

I needed to replace my air conditioning unit as it was no longer working. I called Rod Miller, as I have been a customer since 2005, and they were immediately attentive to my situation as I had no cooling in my house, making the situation unbearable given the heat of the past days. Within one day my new unit was installed. I am extremely pleased with the prompt attention received from Brandon in the Sales Department, and of the professionalism of the installation team. I can't thank Rod Miller enough for resolving the situation so expeditely.

Needed to replace my older water sourced heat pump. Rod Miller handled all aspects from removal of the old unit to replacement of a new one quickly and efficiently. They will be my preferred service source for many years to come.

I would've given them five stars except for one minor issue. They did not tape the seams on the backside of the ducts, but luckily we found the significant air leakage before they left. They did correct it, and everything else went great!

Our initial contact with the dealer was most professional. They listened to our concerns, provided sound advice, and provided the smoothest installation of the new and removal of our old equipment experience we could have hoped for. Our system was 17 years old and we wanted to replace it. The installation was a quick and smooth process and now that the warm weather has arrived we're happy with the capacity of the replacement unit that the dealer recommended.

As I said above, if I knew the space required to house the unit and the size of the ducts I might have made a different choice. Perhaps I went wrong in not understanding that the added heat pump comes with its own space requirements and duct size.

Our ancient furnace gave out two weeks before Christmas in the first bout of cold weather. Rod Miller was there the day after we contacted them with a new one, which was installed quickly, cleanly, politely and with all COVID precautions followed. They also gave good advice about what kind of furnace was best for our needs. Could not have asked for better service.

Rod Miller's estimator came out on the same day I called. He had one of his experts visit the next day to confirm the technical problem, after which he provided a written proposal in the form of a set of options (good, better, best), with pricing that included a credit for the diagnostic visit. Installation was scheduled for about a week after we accepted the "better" proposal . Mr. Miller himself called and spoke with my wife about the timing, and when he learned that we had no a/c he called another customer who was getting a replacement for a working system the next day and asked them to switch dates with us! His thoughtfulness saved us from several more hot days and nights. All personnel from the estimator to the installers were professional and respectful of Covid procedures. So far the new system is working very well.

I requested a quote for an HVAC replacement from 3 companies operating in my area of Maryland. JDL, Transform Home Improvements, and Rod Miller. All three came out quickly to do an estimate. I never heard from JDL again (even though I called them 5 days later to see when my estimate was coming), the remaining two companies gave me timely estimates. Rod Miller was recommended by someone in my building who had used them to replace their HVAC and they were happy with them. Rod Miller's estimate was quite a bit lower than Transform Home Improvement so I picked Rod Miller. They were quick, efficient and very reliable. They gave me a name of a good plumber to replace my water heater and they coordinated with him. I wholeheartedly recommend Rod Miller. Don Coleville was especially helpful, helping me with the water heater issue, going beyond his duties, I think. So 5 stars and more for Rod Miller.

I have had Rod Miller taking care of two HVAC systems over at least 15 years and have had consistently prompt, responsive, and capable service to address any issues that have arisen. Over the past few years, I selected Rod Miller to replace the old and install new HVAC units; this week's installation of one of the systems is the latest example of Rod Miller's fine work and service.

I've used Rod Miller for 20+ years and always felt they were reliable, honest and did a good job on any work done. (Often same tech would be back 2 years later. Nice to have same people on staff.) We needed a new HVAC system (furnace \& AC) (to replace old Bryant systems that had kept running over 20 years). People at Rod Miller were very helpful in explaining the options, discussing costs and answering questions. And the installation with a crew of 3 did a great job. After 30 days (so far), no issues at all. I would highly recommend them.

The Rod Miller team recently installed a completely new Bryant HVAC system at our home. Polite, professional and very competent. Had a few bumps in the road they encountered because we live in a 100 year+ old home; they figured out some really good solutions right away. Also were very fast; had a full team of technicians on site and got both an upstairs and downstairs zone fully installed in two days. Works like a dream
