I have used Cool Breeze for 22 years. Their technicians grapple with aging systems and get them working again. They always take the time to explain the problem so that I understand. They have kept my equipment working way past its expected life. This is the second system they have installed for me, and I expect it to last for many years. Their crew was thorough, neat and professional.

Every thing from beginning to end was perfect.

The team did a dual zone heat pump installation with one zone having a gas furnace air handler and the other zone having a tight installation space for that air handler. They installed both systems in one day over twelve hours. The installations are clean and tidy and the systems work great!

Cool Breeze was superb in every way. The owner, Ron Tolbert, identified a heat pump system that was sized properly for my home (the previous unit was grossly oversized and thus performed poorly) AND that also qualified me for the 2023 IRA tax break of $2000. The installers (Christian and Brian) and the technician (Chris) were very professional, capable, respectful, and clean. And to top it all off, Cool Breeze's price was lower than the other 3 companies I got bids from! I could not be happier, and I highly recommend Cool Breeze.

Quick and Easy Installation

Owner spent lots of time helping us select the best solution for our home. He presented several options and described pros and cons, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

I was in a pinch and wasn't getting feedback from other installers (including one from a certain home warranty company). All I needed was for someone to fix it. A friend recommended Cool Breeze and I am so glad they did! They came out, diagnosed my system, gave me a quote with several options/rates and the installation started the next week. Due to a change in coil, I needed a new access panel which is on backorder, but I'm okay with that \- the new system works great and I went with a reliable installer.

I had a new Bryant HVAC installed in my condo. It didn't cool. CB sent someone to change a valve still no A/C. Third try they sent Chris. He's the guy they send when no one knows what's going wrong. Of course he figured it out! Peace out Cubscout

Excellent service.

The new system was not tested with the variable speed motor running on high with the A/C. The system made a terrible loud howling sound. The warrantee repair visit failed to replicate the sound, as he did not have time to run the system with the motor on high with the A/C running. I found a "sweet spot" on the duct work, and have a 40 pound free\-weight pressing down to keep the system quiet. I wish the company had time to test new systems under all possible conditions.

The technicians were very informative and very polite.

I was recommended Cool Breeze by another owner in my building. They were prompt getting out to my unit and giving me a quote, and very easy to schedule the service with. I was told they'd arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 and be finished by 6:30. They arrived at 7:45 and were ready to leave by 2:30! The unit has worked well since. Now I recommend them to other owners!

We always feel tense when we have to replace anything because we live in a throw away society and, for the most part, customer service is dead. Our faith is reluctantly restored by the service we received at Cool Breeze. My husband was impressed by the professionalism we experienced from the owner and staff ; I was encouraged by how everyone we encountered seemed to care about their company's good reputation.

I wanted to share my experience working with Cool Breeze Heating \& AC Company. Cool Breeze installed in my apartment a new HVAC system (new heat pump on the roof, air handler in the closet and Ecobee wireless thermostat). I had a successful and pleasant experience. On the next day after my initial phone Cool Breeze scheduled the installation site inspection, the head of the company, Ron Tolbert, came to inspect, everything was done in professional and efficient manner. Cool Breeze submitted a detailed quote with a straightforward, competitive pricing and warranty terms. Cool Breeze followed up to make sure I received the quote and Ron Tolbert answered all my questions in complete and comprehensive manner. They helped me choose the right equipment configuration so I did not overpay for unnecessary extra capacity. I have to tell that the entire time while communicating with Cool Breeze team I always had a feeling that they had my interest in mind. Cool Breeze scheduling and installation teams did the utmost to select the most expedited date and time for installation, also they made sure that the required equipment was in stock. The installation team was very professional, skillful and efficient. The team inspected each piece of equipment out of manufacture's box and made sure that everything was free from any defects. Cool Breeze made sure that each piece of equipment, the outdoor and indoor components, was properly installed, and tested. The entire work met my expectation in terms of work quality, schedule and performance, as well as in terms of the work aesthetics. The Heat Pump was safely secured on the roof, while the Air Handler was installed in the closet and exactly fitted with pre\-existing vents. Drainage tube connections were neatly and precisely joined; all wires were carefully insulated, tied up and properly weatherproofed. A new thermostat was installed, configured and tested to make sure heating \& cooling modes work properly. Cool Breeze removed the old equipment and hauled it away, the installation site was cleaned. I highly recommend Cool Breeze, they are very professional, experienced, honest and friendly. Everyone, the top management, staff in the headquarters and field installation specialists are very knowledgeable, highly skilled and ready to answer any questions and explain how the equipment meets your needs. Overall, hiring Cool Breeze Heating and AC was a great choice I made the work was completed in time, within reasonable budget, with proper quality, and all the while having the comfort of reliable support from Cool Breeze team.

Supply shortages, various bottlenecks and heavy demand made things very dicey after our a/c went on the fritz. Within a week, the dealer responded and installed a new outside unit and coils. Workers worked efficiently and diligently.

Excellent service. I appreciate their no "BS" communications, they tell me what's wrong and what it will take to repair. And they arrive when they say they will and tell you in advance if they'll be late or need to postpone

Cool Breeze crew installed a/c unit in bedroom attic, which entailed extra work to fit the ducts into a small space. They did an excellent job.

I have an old house space logistics were challenging. They were careful throughout in making the right recommendations and then installing. It's working beautifully.

Everything went wonderfully, until the end. I am very happy overall, and would definitely recommend this company. The little details at the end, though included: There were many available breakers in the electric panel, but they didn't ask me about it, and they ended up doing more work than necessary, and cut a hole in my drywall that I'm not sure was needed. And they don't patch the drywall as part of the work. They also didn't talk to me about the exact location and mounting panel for the thermostat. And they didn't reinstall the closet shelving that they took apart to access the attic. I'll have to remove the additional back panel they screwed into the wall because it's unnecessary and unattractive. I called the next day and the receptionist was very polite and friendly, but I have still haven't heard back from the owner about these details.

I've always had great support from Cool Breeze, for all the 39 years we've lived here. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

Coolbreeze went above and beyond with my condenser and coil install\- provided new condensate pump, vibration pads under condenser, U trap, flushed line set, and had transition duct for humidifier mount fabricated by a shop. Their people have years of experience and don't mind the homeowner 'hovering' and asking questions. You can even call the owner. They don't cut corners. I highly recommend and I'm very particular being an engineer.

The condenser of our original Carrier AC unit at our new house lasted only slightly over five years. We missed the warranty because neither the original installer nor the builder provided us the owner's manual and registration form at the time of closing. Cool Breeze gave us a reasonable cost estimate for a more efficient replacement unit. The team came on time and went to work under relatively intense heat outdoors. They completed the job cleanly and professionally. We are very happy with their service.

I was very happy with the work done. The technicians were on the job on time. They were courteous and when the job was completed they explained the system to me and answered my questions. They left my house as they found it, clearing all trash and metal from the premises. The system is quiet and works perfectly. I have to mention the staff that answer the phones at Cool Breeze. They were very helpful and patient and kept me informed when the technicians would arrive. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They installed a system that is easy to operate and is extremely quiet. They were always available during the planning and installation process to handle any questions or concerns. They arrived on time and always left the job site in good condition.

It has been two weeks since Cool Breeze replaced my 26\-yr old heat pump with a "new one" 50PCV024JCC3ECC1 and since they one the fan speed is in "overdrive" that I can hardly sleep. I contacted the Owner, who came to see the installation and "promised" to help. He came and saw my issue and said he would call the factory to see how, or if, the fan speed could be lowered. He has not followed up and I'm still living with a "new" heat pump that is louder than the 26\-yr old one they replaced. I'm tired of waiting and I know that I will not be getting help from them. I'm looking around for the best contractor now to come help me. In my opinion, this machine has a circuit board, and it is not mechanical operation as in the "old" times, and the installer was inept. I'm very, very disappointed I decided to go with the smaller contractor to try to support them. I should have gone with the bigger, more experienced one.

The Cool Breeze team spent over 12 hours at our home to ensure our installation was completely and correctly installed before leaving for the night. We had some hiccups early on in the estimate process but still went with Cool Breeze due to their competitive pricing and solid reputation. Cool Breeze installed a new gas hot water heater back in July 2017. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. When it came time to replace my old gas furnace, Sept. 2017, there was only one contractor that I wanted...Cool Breeze.

The installation was completed within 48 hours of our initial contact after the selection of the most appropriate one among three options that Cool Breeze had suggested about a month earlier. The installer was very responsive to our special requests which required additional work. They were sensible and reliable.

Very impressed with the product and all aspects of installation, with the exception of advising us to stabilize the outside AC with a few bags of gravel. We have a slight grade in the yard where erosion of soil could effect the level of the AC. This lack of professionalism has been was our only disappointment. Can we expect you to remedy this situation?
