After 22 years our gas furnace finally gave up. Precision recommended a Bryant Heat Pump, which received a top rating in Consumer Reports and US News report. The installation process covered two days, included the heat pump and new water heater. Ed Matatall, who managed the installation, was professional and kept us informed of progress throughout. We are very pleased with the results!

From start to finish this team made it a breeze ;) to replace my A/C and furnace.

Everyone at Precision Heating and Cooling were professional. I called them a few weeks ago. They came to survey my furnace and AC systems quickly. Tim answered all my questions and provided a quote the same day. I'm very happy with his recommendations. I then scheduled install two weeks later. Ed and Gil again answered all my questions and quickly installed everything within 2 days. They stayed late to make sure we had AC the first night. They were polite and work was clean. I can see the work was done professionally. I'm happy to have to have selected them.

Tim and his team were very knowledgeable and patient during the initial meetings all the way through installation. If any questions came up I got a swift and prompt response. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to upgrade their home systems.

The installers arrived at 8:00 A.M. and were finished before 4:00 P.M. I had both the furnace and airco replaced. I hardly knew they were here. They got right to work and left the place in order. They also had to move some parts due to code changes. Afterwards, I was given a thorough explanation of what they had done and why and they explained what I had to do when, such as when to turn on the humidifier and at what setting and when to shut it down, when to change the filter, how to use the new digital thermostat, etc. I know that when it comes time for annual service or repairs (I hope not!!) that they will be there for me. They were a nice bunch of guys.
