The All\-Temp Systems Mechanical staff from the President to the technicians were terrific. They were responsive to our needs. A technician Mike came at 11:00 pm to fix our furnace. The replacement part came quickly and Paul notified us immediately. Unfortunately that was not the issue. Mike returned Saturday morning and determined that due to excessive corrosion the furnace needed replacing. Bob immediately place the order and Monday the new furnace was placed by Ryan and Mike. All individuals were personable, answered my questions completely and were a pleasure to be with. Thanks to the Team we now have heat.

Very pleased with the whole process. Received my quote the day after someone came to look at my old furnace. The quote was the best of the 3 I got. On installation day the techs arrived on time and after a short summary of what they would be doing they got right to work. The job went smooth, plumber and electrician showed up as scheduled to do their part. The owner Bob showed up at the end of the job and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. The following day he emailed me all forms and receipts needed for a rebate thru the utility company, and warranty information with the manufacturer. I am now ready for heating season.

We recently decided it was time to replace our HVAC system which was installed in October of 1996. This 26 year old system was also installed by All Temp Systems and so we opted to stick with them for our new system too. They're a local business and have always been quick to respond when an emergent need arose. I requested a quotation via their web site and received a response from the owner the same day that he would prepare a quote. A day later the quote arrived for the new system and we were pleased as it was a few thousand dollars less that we were anticipating. We also compared it to two of our neighbors who had similar systems installed by them in 2018 and 2020 and found the price difference to only be about $200.00 more. (We were pleasantly surprised to see that they were holding their prices steady and offering fair and competitive pricing in a time when everything else seems to be increasing by leaps and bounds.) We took advantage of the Mass Save heat loan program and obtained a zero % heat loan to cover the cost of the furnace which also qualified for a rebate too and scheduled the installation of the system. The 2 technicians arrived on time as scheduled and were very friendly, polite and worked diligently on disassembling and removing the old system and getting the new system installed. In quick order, the system was ready for the gas fitter to hook up the furnace and the electrician to make the electrical connections and install the new thermostat. Within 6 hours, the new system was tested, up and running and all of the work space in the basement and outdoors was cleaned up and all of the old system components taken away. From quotation to installation, the whole process was very easy. Everyone I interacted with (Mr. Zagame, the owner, and the installation technicians) at All Temp Mechanical Systems, Inc. have been very easy to work with and answered any and all questions/concerns I had. I also have to commend All Temp Systems on keeping their prices reasonable given that it seems there's a fair amount of price gouging going on everywhere. Like any business, they're entitled to turn a profit...but it's nice doing business with someone who's giving their customers a good value for the money with fair pricing. I will continue to use All Temp Systems for my future HVAC needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC company. Great company, great People and fair pricing.
