I was very pleased

It's never a good time to replace a furnace but that's what I had to do this week. On a regular maintenance call, the tech found a serious problem with my furnace and shut it down. Prestige was able to schedule replacing the furnace within a few days. I want to call out three individuals who were on the scene to identify the problem and then set up a new furnace: Adam, Ruben, and Marshall. Also, in the office, Ginelle answered all my questions about warranty and a possible rebate for the work. I am very appreciative!

My AC went out I searched for someone to replace the system and got a couple of companies to give me estimates. I called Prestige and spoke with Janelle to schedule a visit. She was able to set it up right away. Curt came out the next day we talked he explained what my options were. Hemade me feel comfortable and there was no pressure sales. He sent me the three different possibilities to choose from and the cost for everything. I called a few days later and was able to schedule my appointment for the next day which was great. The techs were here on time, they worked all day and had my new heating and AC system installed and running. They explained the new system and how it works to me, cleaned up everything and took all the old equipment with them. Chris, Ethan and Jayden did a great job and were very professional. I will recommend Prestige to everyone I know going forward. Thank You
