Basnett did a great job educating me about our options in upgrading the two 24 year old systems we had (gas heat w outside AC condensers). Project coordinator Anthony Kent showed me things about our house that I had no idea about, which was very educational. The install team were the nicest and most talented folks. The installation looks beautiful. Everything is labeled which I love. The install areas were left spotless. We now have smooth powerful heat and AC in rooms that were always too hot or cold. They took the time to explain everything and then we have a follow on visit in a week or so to check everything is fine. This is a very well run business and we could not be happier with the experience. Highly recommend.

Full Heatpump system Install
Of all the vendors I requested submissions from, Basnett provided the most comprehensive, allowing me to fully understand what they saw the project as. As we tweaked the proposal, Jake was incredibly receptive to several requests for add/alts and/or concept changes for my backup heat solution. Each revision allowed us to make informed decisions. The install crews were very friendly, incredibly neat and polite. The work was professional and tidy. After install, both the project lead and lead installer spent time with me discussing the system, and informing me of its operation. I would highly recommend you consider them similar work.

Oil Burner Replacement

Went above and beyond
The plumber installed the unit without issue. He then checked the ducts and found major rust problems. He said he?d never seen this before. The problem kept him awake that night. He came back the next day with the solution! It had to do with ducts that were originally installed 30 years ago by the builder. It?s now fixed and my new ac will work great.
