Perfect installation of new AC system

Installation experience
There were a couple of mis\-steps with the installation of my 2 stage heat pump. They arrived with the incorrect heat pump (single stage), and they were about to leave without installing a condensate pump and condensate line (this could have destroyed my furnace underneath). But both issues were remedied by the end. With the first issue, they realized they had the wrong heat pump and replaced it within an hour or so, and with the second issue, I reminded them about the condensate pump/line before they left, and they installed them right away. So a couple of stumbles that could have been disasters, but in the end it worked out well. The heat pump conditions the air so well. Amazing. I have not tried the heating aspect of it yet.

My experience with having my two furnaces and two central air conditioning units replaced with Bryant products by Knight Fuel was outstanding. The Knight fuel technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable of the product. The team was able to replace all four units in two days and cleaned out all packaging and old units.
