My 10 year old system died in May, 2022. Knowing that this is the busy season for AC repair and replacement and the challenge of the "global supply chain" I called 7 local companies hoping one of them would be able to diagnose and fix the problem. Demelo was one of only 2 companies that returned my call. They sent a service tech out to diagnose the problem (units needed replacement). They sent me a quote to replace and within 2 weeks everything was operating as we expected.
